Since discovering this family run taverna 3 years ago, we have made a point of driving two hours each way from Limassol, on our frequent visits to Cyprus. The remote location is well worth the effort for the friendly service and excellent local food, especially the sheftalia and keftedes, preceded by the freshest village salad ever. Always a friendly welcome... More

My wife and I visit at least once each year to this tranquil tavern in a beautiful valley not far from Argaka. the food is great. Not sure I actually want to post this as I feel like being selfish and keeping it to myself. But everything is cooked from scratch so if you plan to come in the afternoon... More

I agree with the comments about the setting, however the food was the worst meal we have had in many years of holidaying on Cyprus. We called in for a light lunch. Maybe we were unlucky in what we chose to order, maybe it is aimed at those looking for a substantial evening meal. Whatever the reason we chose not... More

Always a pleasure to visit Mylos restaurant in Gialia. The location is really fantastic and can't believe that it was all built by the owners bear hands. The restaurant is built in a traditional house and there is no better place to enjoy the Cypriot cuisine than that. The food is absolutely delicious and the owner and cook makes you... More

Formerly the local school this typical Cypriot restaurant is very much under used. Offers great homemade fresh food, service and family atmostphere, all at very reasonable prices.. Tucked away among the hillsides you can enjoy peaceful and lovely views and the best Kleftiko I've yet to find in Cyprus.

The food is traditionally fresh and homemade. All the dishes are cooked at the same day or couple of hours before. The environment are absolutely fantastic and quite.
