I had a business lunch recently at Huit et demi, no doubt the best restaurant in town. We shared a Risotto with white truffle mixed in a wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano as an appetizer then went for the meat selection of the Chef, Charolais beef! The chef brings it at the table and you tell the chef how you want... More

I use to go in many restaurants of Monaco and I can tell you that the "huit et demi" is the most agreable place in my opinion. It is not the first I go in this restaurant. The menu changed since summer but the famous plates still here! The food is very good, the service is very professional, the location... More

Had an amazing diner. All the dishes looked nice and were freshly prepared. The staff is very friendly and takes good care of all the customers. I loved the locations, not the typical "by-the-sea-Monaco-view" but overlooking a busy pedestrian street with lots of cafes, restaurants, etc. Loved the atmosphere!

We spotted this restaurant early in the day and it was very busy so we booked a table for later in the evening. So glad we did. We watched as the waiter cut and cooked the food in front of you. We choose Nonnas stew it was absolutely delicious. We still talk about it 6months later. The waiters were friendly... More

My lady and have been there twice and never been disappointed. High level of service, friendly and caring staff. To be honest the best service I had in MC. The food is smartly elaborated and tasty. It can be pricy if you take some special dishes like the Award Wining Entrecôte (18.5€/100g) but that's up to you. I had a... More

Nice inside , if you don't mind eating as the French do with tables really close to each other's , nicer outside especially in a winter or spring day (too hot in summer). Food is generally good, although I always find it a bit too heavy. Too much garlic, Parmesan on fish, and waiters not always so kind. Good place... More

Called in for lunch. Food very nice but we each ordered the very expensive (€48; I didn't have my spex and thought it was €18) risotto. What the waiter didn't tell us was that one serving would be more than enough for two people. It was delicious but wrote felt totally duped (my French is very poor). Other places I've... More

Based on TA reviews, it seems like we had two options for dinner in Monaco: either pay extravagant prices to eat in a Michelin starred restaurant overlooking the port, or pay expensive-yet-acceptable prices to eat in a restaurant without a view. We opted for the latter and did not regret our choice at all. Huit et demi is on a... More
