Went out for dinner after a couple of hours from landing and stumbled upon this restaurant and what a lovely surprise it was. Greeted by charming Alphonse we truly enjoyed our first meal in Vienna, and the food was truly genuine and good, don't miss this one...;)

We were here as part of a larger party. I think we had around 20 dishes of Spanish and Italian food, hence the name. The owners run the kitchen and the service, whereas the latter is done with humour and competence. As to the kitchen I am not so sure. Somehow the span over 2 kitchens means that the authenticity... The food was adequate but the price is not reasonable. 60 euros for three medium pastas. We left hungry.

The place offers great Spanish and Italian food. We went for the Spanish food and I believe it to be arguably the best Spanish food I ate outside of Spain. The classic octopus dish "pulpo a la gallega" was made to perfection. Also all other dishes we are were perfectly prepared. Don't miss out on their lemon sorbet as a... More

We stumbled over this restaurant by accident and are so glad we did. Great tapas dishes made on the premises and a good selection of wine by the glass and bottle. The patron is amiable and entertaining (though I would guess he if he didn't like you then you may reach another conclusion) who likes to share his (genuine) knowledge... More

I'd highly recommend getting closer to the owner. He is a total showman :) We were a group of 6, veri international, and he managed making us happy with food and conversation.

Had the tapas and the pasta, and i had to close my eyes it was so good, a party for the senses, accompanied by a sensational italian wine. I loved Vienna and this dinner was one of the highlights !

Food was simply mouth watreing and the smells coming from the kitchen had you eagerly waiting for your meal which didnt take long even with the place fully booked. We had a booking for a table but found through the night lots of people being turned away as they hadnt booked.Only a small place so I advise booking ahead to... More
