This very small tapas bar has a large warmth - very cozy and friendly. They have great tapas - great wine and an owner who is as nice as he is adorable. One of my favorite places in Vienna and I have been here three years!

This is a tiny place, but a lovely spot for a quick break on a lazy afternoon or before your dinner reservation. The shop is stocked with all sorts of delicious Spanish products (Galicia is a focus), but you can also have a seat at one of the few tables and enjoy a glass of wine and a small plate.... More

Ignacio appears to be half warehouse, half wine bar- both in the same small space. Not much in the atmosphere department since I feel like I'm sitting in someone's office with boxes around me. Oh, and cased meats... boxes and cased meats. For those looking for a few small tapas and a glass of vino, it makes for a nice... More

After a disappointing experience at another Spanish restaurant the night before, we stumbled upon Ignacio as it was right next to our Airbnb apartment. To our relief, we could not have found a better place to enjoy authentic, fresh Spanish food! We have travelled to Spain and are lucky to have many high quality Spanish restaurants where we live. We... More

Very cute an cosy Spanish wine bar in the heart of Vienna. The wine selection is presented on a chalkboard daily and well explained by the knowledgeable staff. The quality of wine is remarkable. We encountered some delay/order issues during our evening there (it turned out that our order had been skipped and lost), but the caring service and recovery... More

Nice place to have a dinner based on "tapas" and good wines. It is not cheap but quality is excellent. Dishes combine Spanish tradition with Asian influence with good results

We enjoyed the knowledge and passion of the staff at Ignacio Vinos e Ibericos, the owner, Mr Ignacio, and his sister, were utterly friendly and knowledgable, and gave us a lot of valuable tips on which wines to choose and which tapas fitted with them. An unforgettable evening!

In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the centre. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
