The restaurant had a professional waitor, with good knowledge on the food. The quality and setup of the disches were great. We had the five course meal, and would say the salmon and wild bore were my favourites. Did not like all the wines that...More

I really loved my visit here. The place was not crowded, and the interior is very nice. The waiter was really helpful and suggested us a delicious wine to suit the dishes that we had chosen, taking into account the price range that we preferred....More

Quiet restaurant away from the tourists. Maybe because of Monday, few other patrons dining. Set menu options so choices limited, which moved it to a 4 from a 5 experience. Outstanding wine list, and service was low-keyed but attentive. I like this type of restaurant...More

Since the very beginning, 25 years ago, this restaurant in Oslo's Grünerløkka has been renowned for its excellent food, wide selection of wines and friendly service. Business people relax in the homely atmosphere for a good meal and friends gather for an informal evening out. The menu features lamb and crayfish as specialities, when in season. Next door is Norway's very first winebar, Dr. Kneipp's, with a wine list of hundreds of vintages, and a very reasonably priced dish of the day.
