Ordered a mix of dim sum I thought we would like. The waitress said: `No, this no good', and changed two of our dishes. Really happy she did, since what she gave us instead were some of the best. The place doesn't look too good, the food is really good and everyone I've brought here over the years loved it.... More

We arrived on a Sunday night after a day of sight seeing. There were only a couple of tables apart from us so it was pretty quiet. The waitress who took out order was brisk but helpful when we asked about changing a dish. We ordered 5 dim sum dishes, and two mains of prawn noodles and spicy king prawns... More

Keep coming back to my favourite Dim Sum place in Oslo - awesome sui mai, har kow, xi xon fan.. The list goes on. The location itself looks abit outdated, but this is the charm of the whole place. Good value for money. Good lunch and dinner place.

I have been a few times to this quirky little Dim Sum place. The food is simple, but great - Dim Sum is the best. Take a selection or leave your money with the waiter and he/she will see to it that you are happy when you leave. The interior leaves a little to be desired and is great if... More

I never write negative reviews but feel compelled to do so after our recent experience. We felt unwelcome from the moment we walked in - instead of greeting us, the lady who seemed like the manager looked at her watch to signal that it was late, although it was only 9:30pm (the sign clearly said the restaurant closes at 11pm).... It is in an old building's second floor so you can miss the entrance easily. The setting is quite old especially the toilet place was narrow and use a hook instead of a lock. The dimsum selection was abundant, you know it won't be too bad because the staff speaks cantonese with each other. I only tried three of them... More

The Dim Sum menu is extensive for Norwegian standards, but the taste is certainly not authentic. The dough of the hak kou and shin juk should be thinner. But of course we are not in a China town here, so I will not judge to harshly. Service is good, but prices are rather high for a lunch, about 300 NOK... More

Specializes in dim sum. I ordered more than I could eat. Was disappointed With a couple of Choices, but the rest were delicious. Moderately priced. Popular Place. Recently opened a branch near city hall. Worth a visit. Unpretentious. Not the best ambience, but People come here for the dim sum, not the atmosphere.

This is the one and only restaurant I visit when I want Dim Sum in Oslo. Every dish is delicious and it is really cheap. The only minus is the ambiance which could be better, but this means nothing when the food is so great. Go there!!

My favorite Chinese in Oslo is in Torggata. Taste of China has been around for years, still many havent discovered this jewel! I normally only have Dim Sum (they have a lot of dishes, all very good, but the Dim Sums are in my opinion the best Oslo has to offer). Lots of choices, and with a home made chilli... More
