Lovely restaurant and exciting menu. Live piano music and a chef who enjoys his skills. Choices of locally sourced products so fish is always on the menu! Attentive staff.

We visited the Hydro Hotel for lunch in The Crystal Restaurant on Friday 9th June and the meal was delicious. Mackerel for starters, Chicken Supreme for main and raspberry & Cointreau trifle for dessert. Nice atmosphere, professional yet friendly staff and a fair price.
