We visited Dinos as a party of 6 adults 1 child, it was my sons 11th birthday and he had asked us could he go there, well what can i say apart from fantastic, the restaurant was warm clean and had a nice atmosphere , the gentleman serving was on his own he was polite and nothing was to much trouble.
Our meals were great and fabulous value for money, all the meals were served pipping hot and a pleasure to look at, the burgers are the best weve had there huge and so juicy.
After our meal the gentleman (sorry didnt catch your name) made such a fuss over my son he came out with a chocolate cake and ice cream with candles in singing Happy birthday to him then proceeded to take my son into the bar area and showed him how to make his very own custom made freak shake
Thank you so much you made a 11 year little boy so happy, we will definitely be returning very soon and recommending you to all our family and friends

Visited this place after reading recent reviews. Great menu options. Our sons shared a large portion of chicken strips and a portion of fries each. I had the American Burger with fries and my husband had the Mini Burger (not so mini in actual fact!!) Food was so tasty, hot and the portion sizes were very generous! It was also exceptional value for money at around ÂŁ35 for a family of four with drinks! Will be coming back in the Summer for sure when we are back in Llandudno!!

We're regular customers, ordering every 3 weeks for home delivery. Usually the pizzas arrive in reasonable condition but last night we received two pizzas that had been damaged as they slid about in the delivery car. Considering they cost over ÂŁ33 we were very disappointed and called to complain: you can see the photos of what we initially received. The manager was very apologetic and offered to re-cook our pizzas and delivery them himself. Just under 45 minutes later he arrived with two perfectly cooked and very delicious pizzas, and a small tub of Haagen Das ice cream as an apology. Thank you very much!

Dino’s is a hard place to judge. The food was decent enough but the service was badly lacking; upwards of a 45-minute wait between starter and main, and would have been even longer if we hadn’t asked.
Once asked it was clear that the staff had not instructed the kitchen to cook our meal. When our two chicken burgers did finally arrive (within around 5 minutes of asking) it was decent enough but I didn’t feel that Dino’s offers value for money for what we suspected is microwaved food.
The main reason for the poor service is that the restaurant is run by mostly young (all staff about 16?) clearly inexperienced staff with little oversight from the manager to keep things moving smoothly. As a result, we noticed that food arrived in dribs and drabs, not per table so everyone can eat together.
The manager on the day spent most of his time working out bills using a calculator. My advice is to buy a proper till, programme it properly, train the staff to use it, and then focus his time on leading the young team to success. This would result in a far better service.
In short, we popped in for what we thought would be a quick, cheap, dinner before heading out for the night, but it was everything but.

Let me just start this by saying this, the food was absolutely delicious. However my partner asked firstly if we could order dessert with our main so they would come after we had the main course. The burgers were amazing, you could taste the chips and onion rings were cooked from frozen, however this wasn’t an issue.
After what’s felt like 5 minutes waiting for someone to take our empty plates away, I began setting a timer to see how long this would take for someone to acknowledge that we had finished our main meal and the plates were empty and ready to take away.
The staff, which all looked relatively young had walked past our table multiple times, looking over and continuously ignoring the empty plates that were placed at the end of the table. After a further 20 minutes we then decided to call over a staff member to say we had been waiting 25 minutes for them to take our plates away and bring our desserts, however this went un-noticed and he asked the manager to speak to us, who insisted it was our fault that we haven’t got our desserts as we had ordered them at the start with the main and we wasn’t allowed to do this. After a further 5 minutes of back and forth chit chat, the manager said he would provide our desserts free of charge, in which we declined and asked for the bill. This took under a minute to get and bring to us.
I mentioned this wasn’t an acceptable service to give to customers and the manager forcefully took the bill off the table and kicked me and my partner out of the restaurant.
All that they needed was more understanding for our frustration of waiting over 20 minutes for desserts and the sheer ignorance of staff.
Wouldn’t go to that restaurant again, it’s definitely a miss if we was to come back to Llandudno.

I ate here on a Saturday early evening with my 13 year old son and his friend. The halloween decorations are what made us chose the place whilst walking past.
The staff are really friendly and relaxed , they were happy to put candles in my son's desert and put birthday music on for him as they brought it out which was a nice touch. The ambience was just right for a fun family meal. The staff look like they enjoy working here which is important for a nice atmosphere .
The boys had burgers which they both demolished and my tuna pizza was delicious.
We will definitely eat here again next time we are in town as we really enjoyed ourselves here .

The place is new decorates, simple but super clean - I’m a clean freak!!!
Jim Ali, welcomed my friend and myself and we could see the table was spotless! My chair had something on it, I think it was hand gel … I didn’t even had the time to tell anyone that Jim Ali came a wiped it for me. He and the other members of stuff were really friendly and helpful! The lady who recommended the place said they even charged her phone as an emergency!
The food was really nice, the buns homemade and to a real attention to detail. My friend had to go away and come back and the food was brought the time she came back not to make it go cold. The price was absolutely worth the experience. Very good deals for meals. What I enjoyed the most was the atmosphere and the way staffe treated
Each other and especially the relationship between boss and employees. I think when employees are happy they work hard and with a smile on their face which makes the atmosphere very enjoyable fo customers too! The place was only bought a few
Months ago - they only thing I would implement are the toilets but I’m sure it will be done in the future…. And anyway the best I have visited in Llandudno so far!!! Thanks Jim Ali & staff - it was quite a though night due to personal circumstances but you and the team made our day!!! I will definitely visit the restaurant again when back there and defo Recommend it too!!

Our party of 10, age range 10-76, visited Dinos on Friday 30th July. The meal was thoroughly enjoyed by all. Pizzas extremely well loaded, salads fresh and full of variety, wedges, chips, halloumi, and chicken dippers all went down very well too. Good portion sizes and complimentary extra olives offered in addition. Food all arrived at the same time and was correct temperature despite larger group size. Service exceptional, especially from Rami who had a great laugh with us! Food was prompt and very well priced. We stayed for a 2 night holiday in Llandudno and as we left the restaurant on the first evening we booked again for the following night - can’t get a better recommendation that that! Well done to all the team at Dinos - keep up the good work.

Saw Dino's on Google and called to ask if they had any halal options. Was immensely pleased to hear they did cater to us, and packed my husband and baby into the car to go try this new discovery.
25 mins trip. Totally. Worth. It. The eatery is in an ideal location in the town centre with a lovely sitting area. We opted to sit outside cuz of covid, and ordered way too much food for 2.
The melted meatballs were to die for, and my perfectionist husband wolved the 'American burger' down in minutes and gave it his very rare stamp of approval. I loved my spicy italian pizza as well. The dough was perfectly made and the toppings were plentiful. We had desserts for take-away and im currently in my tirimisu high. Quality quantity and price wise 100%.
Having said that, the best thing about Dino's is Dino himself. Very enthusiastic and extremely friendly. Despite being very busy, he checked up personally on people to ask if they needed anything. I was especially impressed with how he treated a customer's dog. They thought he was joking when he said he'd get the dog a bunless burger and water, but voila! It arrived with their food and the dog was ecstatic. For that alone, I would have rated him 5 stars.
Dino also gave us a milkshake and some Moroccon tea on the house. The shake was as good if not better than any dessert place we have tried. The tea was very fresh and piping hot as well. I'm definitely going to be a regular cuz we live close by, and I'd highly recommend you try it if you are a foodie.

Fantastic food and service.
I would recommended it to everyone I know. The food is spot on and their dessert is to die for I been to many place in the area and I have to say the value for money and quality of their food is 11 out of 10. Just go there even if you just to have their speciality cookie dough ice cream you would sell your wife for it .

Went here as a 3 generation family, with very fussy eaters aged 10 through to 2.5 years. The previous reviews gave me hope that the younger ones would find something they would like to eat.
Thankfully, we were not disappointed, as they all ate their meals virtually complete, something they have never ever done before !
We were greeted by a friendly guy, who obviously knew about kids and their traits ! Thankfully, he was able to sort their i pads out, which really helped in calming them down.
The menu choice, we researched beforehand, so we knew what to expect for the whole family. Have to say that we all ordered, but then found out that we could upgrade to meal deals after, which we did and was not too much trouble to our helpful guy, so many thanks for that, it was really appreciated.
He was even so considerate to take the kids orders first, so that they did not have to wait too long.
The food the adults received was really good, great pizzas for three of us with lovely fries and potato wedges, and a delightful queen burger for the fourth. Have to say that all the meals were piping hot and beautifully served.
The restaurant was spotlessly clean and had a lovely friendly atmosphere. We ordered afters for the kids, and they were so massive, the adults had to help out finishing them off !!
Good wine and great Carlsberg beer helped wash it all down. All in all a very reasonable restaurant that went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed ourselves.
Only disappointment was that one guy did all the front of house, which put a lot of pressure on him - appreciate that hospitality is re building after the pandemic, so hopefully in the future he will have more support to make this a spectacular restaurant, one which it deserves to be.
Just to reiterate, this is a family orientated restaurant and our family really enjoyed the experience, so thank you.
Best wishes for the future and we will return when next in Llandudno.

After queuing up at Harveys American Restaurant & a very long wait, we gave up & walked just around the corner to Dino's - so glad we did. The American Burgers were absolutely brilliant, freshly cooked & fully loaded. Probably the nicest burgers we've ve ever had! Also had fries & chicken strips but couldn't eat it all. Very good value for money & welcoming staff. Highly recommended đź‘Ť.

Popped in to Dino's over the weekend with my family...what a find! Ever been to a restaurant and ordered something only to wish you had ordered something different that somebody else had? Well, that won’t happen here.
The food was excellent, between us all we had burgers, pizza, a wrap and chicken nuggets and there wasn't one item that was a disappointment; could not find fault in any of the dishes we ordered…would practically recommend anything on the menu.
The majority of the staff on our visit seemed to be in training but this didn’t affect the excellent service we received, as they were all very friendly, helpful and polite…I think they have the making of an excellent team, which we hope to find out on our next visit, as will certainly be going back.

One word that comes to mind is amazing!!! We Ordered 2 burgers, chicken wings and cheesy meatballs. Cost a little more than we usually pay but so so worth it!! My go to takeaway is for a burger, I know have the best place I've ever tried on my doorstep. Honestly the nicest burger I have ever tried. All food was piping hot on delivery and so tasty. The delivery driver also stood out for us too, we live at the top of a 3 floor house with no doorbell, so ask drivers to ring for us to go down, but this driver went above and beyond and delivered to our flat door!!
I can't recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back!!

Although it took a while for all the food to be prepared the food served was without any need for criticism. We ordered chips, chicken and pepperoni pizza, grilled wings and fried chicken which were all fresh and packed with flavour. We were served by Muhammad. We received cheese chips by mistake but were offered it complimentary alongside the chips we had ordered which was really nice of them. Muhammad was very friendly, humble and well-serving. He even provided free ice cream. Overall, excellent food and a pleasant dining experience.
