Called in whilst visiting Llandudno for the day. Really handy location on the main street, but the place itself is a little dated and could do with a makeover. The shop is sit in or take out. I sat in for a coffee so can only comment on that. The coffee was fine, just as you'd expect, and I was... More

We bought some chocolate covered oatcakes which we,ve enjoyed many times before but this time it was an exception the cakes were hard and dry virtually uneatable,ok sometimes people can have an off day,but when we complained on line to them,we had the worst and most amateurish response I,ve ever had,I truly hope they get better than this,we will not... Thought the cakes looked unattractive and costly. Odd arrangement to choose goods and another counter to pay

Just called in for a quick snack with coffee, we sat through to the back which we found comfortable. The pastries look and tasted delicious although a little expensive, I found the staff ok.

Wish I'd read the reports from other users- staff distant, shop tired, and table we had had all the varnish rubbed away in the middle so it looked grubby. Cakes on display looked fine. Left feeling there must be better places in Llsndudno and there are.

The Food not up to much and was expensive for what you got !! It would have helped if staff smiled. I wouldn't recommend it to my friends

We popped in for a cup of tea and a cake before heading home. The tea was fine, the cakes were okay, the staff however were not. After ordering I asked if one of the cakes could be put in a bag to take out as I didn't want to eat mine at the time. Well I felt as if... More

We ordered 2 cheese and onion pasties, with tea and coffee, a little expensive at almost £10. Our food and drinks arrived quickly, staff were pleasant. The pasties were freshly cooked and hot, so no complaints. It was not very busy, despite being a Saturday.
