The price is rightly because cafes on the beech are double the price.its wonderful it is. A must to have especially if single ì have been going many ýèaŕs. Now what do I get... More

Fresh fluffy scones, butter, lovely jam and thick cream, topped with a scrummy strawberry. Put that with a good pot of Yorkshire Tea and you have the best afternoon pick-me-up in North Yorkshire. Thank you, team!

Looked nice from the outside. Went in and had to sit at a dirty table as none had been cleaned. One member of staff only serving . Then two young girls turned up late for their shift. Was huffed at for sitting at a dirty table. Then took a further 10 minutes until she came back to take our order.... More

Came here a few years ago and thought it ok but today was very average and only for tea and cake Pleasant enough room but rather surly staff. Nice cup of tea and scone but my lemon drizzle cake was very dry and didn't taste very lemony. Waitress rather short with my parents who did not hear her correctly and... More

Really slow despite several staff. Very cramped interior. Fairly clean but basic cafe. No service after several minutes sitting and staff moving so slow it's a miracle they did not stop!! Waited 5 minutes for a drink only before getting up and leaving. Big disappointment.
