We had coffee , hot chocolate and a scone. My husband enjoyed his scone but we both thought our drinks were rather watery. My husband enjoys hot milk with an Americano, the hot milk served tasted like steam infused milk. My drink was certainly not made with hot milk although it could have been skimmed I suppose. The cafe is... More

Very nice place to visit. I would advise to book. if you are having an afternoon tea, don't eat for about 3 days as they are filling or take an extra friend with you. The food is very fresh and the sandwiches, which are not always my favourite, just melt in my mouth. i'm dribbling at the thought of the... More

Lovely gifts in the shop if not a bit expensive but it is only to be expected with the work that has gone into the items. They run workshops as well. Tea rooms lovely and staff very helpful and friendly - worth a visit if you are passing

This tea room and centre are emaculately clean. Staff friendly and helpful. The goods for sale are reasonable and interesting but the best bit are the tea rooms. Everything served with a cheerful smile, beautifully cooked and plenty to choose from. The hardest bit is choosing what to have!

We visit this lovely Tea Room and Stained Glass Centre regularly. There is a beautiful garden at the rear where you can sit and relax. The Stained Glass Centre has some beautiful gifts/light fittings - just about anything and everything! The owners run workshops for Stained Glass, and these are very popular. There is also a lovely B&B with a... More

I was taken to this perfect place of heaven by one of my lovely friends for their famous afternoon teas. We have been visiting this place long before the new tea room, long before the extensions to the gift shop etc and have always been delighted! In the old days a lovely waitress called sammy jo or similar was the... More

Small but very good, interesting to see how the stained glass is made. There is a super shop selling some very unique items made from stained glass and the cafe there is excellent.

The tea rooms have recently been renovated. Food choices are excellent. Don't forget though to look round the stained glass showroom during your visit. It's stunning.
