Met 4 colleagues for an hour meeting. We paid £17 pounds for 5 cups of tea and £3 for parking. We won't be coming back, even the staff thought it was a rip off. Typical overpriced service from a U.K hotel.

Great children's food, good fish and chicken - boys very happy. Rib eye steak very good. Only down side for us was temperature, too cold. Waiter very attentive.

Always happy with our Sunday lunch , good choices available and very good value for money compared to a carvery in town . We recently visited as a party of seven which included 2 children , the kids were able to enjoy what they liked and as much as they liked. The staff are always welcoming and courteous and nothing... I continue to be surprised by some of the adverse comments about this restaurant. I have now visited it 3 times for Sunday lunch with a large famuly group including several children. I have always found the service excellent, the food very good, and everything value for money. I will continue to visit it as it is my favourite for... More

I have always offered a good star rating to my previous reviews and never expected to have to write such a damning report on a name (The Hilton) that usually conjures up excellence. However this was so bad I could not let it go. There were six of us for Sunday Lunch. The staff are very friendly and you cannot... More

We visited with a Groupon voucher for Sunday lunch. There were some good and poor aspects of the meal. This was a three course carvery lunch with a glass of Prosecco. Firstly, the service was good, the drinks and water were served promptly and the table cleared efficiently. All carried out with a smile. The décor of the dining room... More

I had a char-grilled steak with chiabata. Certainly nothing to write home about. My wife had Cesar salad fine, apart from the fact they left off the cesar dressing! Shan't be hurrying back. My taste card reduced the bill to £20 which in my opinion was still too much for the quality of food we had.

This was a double birthday celebration with 4 adults and 6 children. As usual the service was excellent, as was the carvery. The chef was very friendly and checking that our food and we were ok. But.....just a reminder to the very rude female customer who complained that one of my grandchildren was "very naughty", firstly...he wasn't...secondly...this was a Sunday... More

I took my family here as part of a 'lunch with Santa' treat which I had bought a voucher for. The voucher states bookings between 12:30-2:30. I called and the staff member happily booked me in at 2:30. We arrived at 2:30 to be told Santa had been and gone and left my children their presents under the tree. This... More
