This long established Wolverhampton restaurant is situated in one of the few scenic parts of town. The decor is cool and neutral and is just on the right side of the bland /relaxing divide. We visited at lunchtime and ordered from the two course business...More

Its the little things that matter. The day before our booking I called to tell them about the reason for our meal, our allergies and preferences. What is brilliant about the Bilash is they pay attention. They remembered it was our anniversary and served celebratory...More

A really enjoyable meal. First rate and well presented food with an array of exotic flavours along with excellent service. Will definitely eat here again.

We went to this indian place during a recent business trip and i was surprised by the quality of the food. We started with papadam accompanied by several sauces and chutneys and the variaty of spices and tastings was excellent. As first course we had...More

We were so looking forward to going to this Michelin rated restaurant for a very special family occasion. From the outset it was a miss, no greeting as we came in, no one to take our coats, not the service expected. Ok maybe my standards...More

I don't know why people raves about this restaurant. A big rubbish. I had better meals at a greasy spoon. Luke warm meals and for£8 you get one Tiger prawn so watch out if you are a big eater

I am surprised at the recent couple of poor reviews. I have been to this restaurant about four times over a few years the most recent being tonight. I have noticed a recent refurbished which is very good adds to the ambience. What I love...More

At £15 each for a set meal their take away sounds expensive - buts its not. We had a meal for 4 last week. You get a complete meal with poppadums per person with salad and mint cucumber sauce plus a selection of chutneys. Main...More

I can't understand why one person rubbished the food at the Bilash when so many praise it . The prices are there on the menu they don't have to buy if they can't afford. Do you find many people like this who have restricted palettes and pockets

People often say to me "its a bit expensive for a curry house". I guess your taste buds can be desolated by a lifetime of industrial curries but when I eat at the Bilash I can taste every spice and every seasoning. In some... More
