We were greeted by the friendly staff who were very helpful, sat in the courtyard which is of a good size, plenty of tables, the food was of good quality and good value for money. Would recommend.

Lovely food, lovely beer garden & staff nice & friendly. Owners dogs well behaved, didn't bother us. Also went to the night club up the road which the owners run aswell...all in all a great afternoon/night. Glad we stumbled across this one : )

Visited this pub for an evening meal based on the Tripadvisor number 1 status. It was a disappointing experience as at only 8pm the majority of the menu was 'sold out' This seemed strange as apart from myself there were only 4 customers in the pub. The quality of the food was fair but the choice was far too limited.... More

We happened upon this place as we were wandering around Ross looking for something to eat. With 3 vegetarians in our group of 4 and a rather large shy greyhound, our expectations were not high. This place ticked all the boxes. Fantastic fresh food options for veggies, even a vegan option (which was delicious). Lovely clean outdoor eating area, secure... More

I visited The Eagle during a one night break away with my dog. As a woman travelling on her own, it can be a little daunting but also a real challenge to find somewhere truly 'dog friendly'. Based on other trip advisor reviews I decided to head down to The Eagle......and I really was impressed! From the time I walked... More

I have now visited the Eagle on a number of occasions and will be back again. From the wide range of the menu to the quality service, I’ve seen a massive turn around of the Eagle over the past year. I always try and sit to the left when entering as its light and feels a little less stuffy than... More

I would recommend the Eagle Inn to anyone who enjoys good food in friendly surroundings the staff are friendly and attentive. The Management team of Andy and Maria is like a breath of fresh air they pay personal attention to their customers, so if your in Ross on Wye be sure to pop in and soak up the atmosphere.
