Strange walking thru a public bar area to the restaurant, once seated a different experience. Perfect service, menu very informative. Food was very very good, all hot and very tasty. All together a superb meal and friendly waitress. Thank you.

Best Thai Restaurant in & around the local area Absolutely delicious food & lovely people too. Highly recommend here & will be visiting and getting take away every time we have Thai food. It's clear they use fresh ingredients & spices by how tasty each dish is.

Amazing value for such excellent food

Had a lovely family dinner last night and from beginning to end it was faultless. Warm reception on arrival - prompt service with a smile and lovely Thai type food to match. The bill at the end of the evening could have been significantly more and we would have not complained - very (very) good value. Thank you all for another enjoyable evening. John F - Norwich

Terrible service, food not up to usual standards

We have been to the New Inn many times and have always been happy with the food and service. We went for my sister’s birthday and had a booking at 7pm food orders were taken shortly after but starters did not arrive for over an hour. The main course arrived an hour after we finished the starters. We asked a number of times when the food would arrive and no apologies for the delay were given and we were fobbed off with ‘soon’ the staff didn’t seem to care or offer any explanation for the delay. The food wasn’t as good as it was on previous visits and it is u likely we would return

Great service and good value

Visited this Thai restaurant for an evening meal to celebrate Mothering Sunday weekend with my daughter and her fiancé. And because I was travelling to the US two days later we phoned our order in before coming and set time of arrival. As soon as we came in, we were seated to our table and drinks ordered. Service is excellent and they are always very obliging. Food was served in no time, which was really tasty. I would definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic, reasonably priced food and great service.

We were recommended this place by someone locally, and were interested to see if it was as good as he said. We were not disappointed! We were greeted like old friends as soon as we walked in. All the staff were lovely, and very attentive. We had soup to start, my tom yum was ferociously hot; just how I like it, while my wife's was not as hot but beautifully rich with coconut milk. For mains I had chili fish, while she had king prawns with ginger. Both dishes were absolutely delicious; everything was perfectly cooked. There was so much of it that we couldn't finish the rice and noodles we had as sides. We can't wait to go back.

Menu seems a little limited to the past menu.

We have been going here for a while. Last couple of visits have not been quite as good as the muni seems to be quite limited now. However the food we had was good and the service was also fine. Didn’t think it was too expensive either.

home delivery of fabulous Thai meal

we enjoyed an absolutely scrumptious meal delivered to our door. Easy phone ordering and payment. Extensive choice of dishes. Arrived on time, piping hot, delicious flavours, made our anniversary. Will be ordering again and recommending to friends and neighbours. Well done to all involved.

Excellent food, excellent service

This was our first visit to the New Inn after recently moving to the area. We visited on a Friday night. The restaurant was busy but we were quickly shown to our table and given the menus. The service throughout the evening was excellent. We had the set meal for 4. All the food was delicious and there was plenty of it. Desserts and coffee were included. The bill, including drinks was around £130. I would certainly recommend the New Inn and we will be back before too long.

Amazing restataunt. A hidden gem.

Such a wonderful meal last night. Staff are incredibly lovely and approachable. Food was insanely amazing!! Total value for money. The restaurant has such a lovely atmosphere with interesting pictures all around. Even brought a cake out for our birthday guest. Will 100% be going back. Lovely hidden gem.
