ordered meal online with a 30mins collection time for 6.35. arrived to find that they had given our meal to someone else in error. said they would cook again. however, after a long wait we drove home with the alleged freshly cooked food and found that most of it was only luke warm and the naan breads were stone cold even though they were in an insulated bag. we ended up having to reheat the food in the microwave with our guests waiting and ended up eating after 8 oclock. the food was delicious but we have totally been put off using them again due to error, delay and cold food.

Visited Spice Fusion for a family Birthday. The service was great, Warm and welcoming while still making you feel very safe. The restaurant was set out very well so that it adheres to the guidance without spoiling the experience of eating out. The food, as always, was delicious. Thanks for a lovely evening out.

Fantastic birthday meal on Saturday evening. My first visit and very impressed. Cannot fault anything, hand sanitiser available at entrance and exit and additional station within the restaurant. One way system easy to follow. Staff very friendly providing a relaxed atmosphere in these worrying times. Clear discreet screens between tables and at reception area, clearly marked seating area to maintain social distancing and the food was out of this world. Amazing 5* thank you.

I asked for a lamb vindaloo to take away and after waiting for 35 minutes was approached shouting a “ vegetable curry “. I then explained that that was wrong as I had ordered a lamb vindaloo to which the Waiter paused and turned around before turning back around again and saying “ yeah yes sir here this is it “.
After getting into my car I realised that the Waiter had lied as it was only a curry and not a Vindalloo despite that being ordered. As it was not a mistake and was a deliberate lie I will not be going back here.
Please be honest restaurant and you will keep customers!
A great place to go if you want the wrong dish.

We’ve visited a few times over the years when visiting family and have never had a perfect meal but on the whole it’s good. This time there were 7 of us and they were very busy.
The service overall was very slow and a bit rude in places to be honest.
Some people ordered spicy poppadoms which arrived 10 minutes after everyone else had finished theirs so they had to watch everyone eat. We had to chase them twice and I wonder if they’d been forgotten? We were told they take extra time to cook but why not hold on to all the poppadoms and serve at the same time? We also had a disagreement over an order but they wouldn’t accept there had been a mistake.
Most enjoyed their meal though I had the madras which, as described by others, had little taste or spice. I took the chicken out and added some hot curry sauce that someone else had ordered which was much better.
Don’t expect a complimentary baileys. It’s not happening. Perhaps that’s not a thing in Norfolk?
Personally I didn’t enjoy my food, hence the low score, but others did

Beautiful food followed by the most amazing service!! We made a mistake in our booking which meant I didn’t actually have a table, but they still seated us both and made us feel so welcome!
We have a chicken korma, chicken jalfrezi, pilau rice, egg fried rice and 3 naan breads! Let me start off by saying that all the chicken was the best chicken I’ve ever had! It just fell apart, it was beautifully cooked and I don’t think I’ll ever have better! The naan breads were huge and so fluffy and tasty! Everything was hot and fresh and I honestly couldn’t commend them enough on how quick it arrived.
Overall the service was amazing and the food outshined that (in a good way!).
They’re COVID-19 precautions were great, they’ve got screens between tables and they’re very strict on adhering to them which is lovely to see!
If you’re looking for an amazing night then I would definitely book a table here! You won’t regret it!

Whole experience very disappointing. Tried to order online but was not able to pay online - so telephoned. Gentleman I spoke to was very offhand and quite rude. Placed my order eventually and paid. Ordered Tempura Vegetables and Chicken Shashlick. The vegetable dish was four lumps of potato in a brown coating!!
The chicken dish was large lumps of chicken with onions that were charred and tomatoes that were overcooked!!
The food was really awful.

Been visiting England for a week and spice fusion was the absolute best meal I’ve had so far. The staff is friendly, quick, and knowledgable about so many different dishes - which is great with the wide variety they offer. Something for everyone on the menu and the poppadoms are some of the best I’ve ever had. Can’t recommend spice fusion highly enough!

Had a lovely meal last night here. Felt very safe with the screens up and staff wearing masks and keeping their distance. There’s a one way System in place for people who are coming in to buy a take away and also customers come in one door and go out through this one way system to the back door so no one is crossing paths. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Decided to order from this restaurant based on positive reviews, however the food took twice as long to be delivered as we had been told. Would not normally mind the wait but we would expect to be told truthfully how long it would take. The food was nice but we will think twice about ordering for delivery from them in the future.

Visiting the area for break away and booked a table here without knowing anything about it - so pleased we took the chance! A warm welcome from the second we walked in from all of the staff, and really excellent food. My husband had the Chittagong which was incredible, and I had a chicken tikka dansak which was absolutely delicious. Both starters were gorgeous too. Food came out quickly but was obviously cooked freshly and presented really nicely. Couldn’t fault anything! Will definitely come again if in the area!

Service has certainly improved since the last time I visited. The service was perfectly acceptable and I didn’t feel either rushed or ignored. The food is average compared to other Indian restaurants I have visited. I had a lamb tikka jalfrezi which was both quite bland and the quality of the lamb was poor.
I am sure, if you want a Indian by numbers experience it is an ok experience. I guess most of their clientele never eat outside of Norfolk so accept this is a genuine Indian restaurant experience however if you are a less wet behind the ears this is not the place for you.

This is a very sad review to write, we’ve been customers for years, and their Madras curries have in the past been delicious, I could happily eaten a dish of Madras Sauce without the meat.
The last 4/5 sauces I’ve had have been totally tasteless, no hint of spice whatsoever.
They must have changed chefs as the recent sauces have been disastrous, we won’t be going back until they can assure us that the chef has been replaced.
Sad for us and the business, as we used to spend good money in there.
Come on Spice Fusion get a better chef or you’ll not get anymore of our money!

Brilliant! Food, had a takeaway this evening and the food was absolutely excellent.
We went for the Bihajis Chicken Tikka Masala and the prawn Madras with chipattis,
Very flavoursome and good tasting food.
Highly recommended.

Fantastic food, good atmosphere, and COVID aware - gold star
We visited family in East Dereham for a few days and the 4 of us ate in Spice Fusion. We were surprised how busy they were, both eat in and takeaway for a Tuesday night. Sajjid was run off his feet but gave us faultless service with a joke and a smile beneath his face mask!
4 different meals were all excellent, including starters, and perfectly spiced for us.
For those like us who are COVID nervous, there’s one door in and another out, hand gel and partitions between tables. Staff wear masks. Very well organised.
When we next visit Dereham we will definitely eat here again.
