Came here for brunch with family and as always the eggs benedict is amazing, my favourite breakfast cooked perfectly. Cakes are always top notch and if you get the chance for evening dining I would recommend you snap it up, food is always supremely tasty. The chef/owner has good cause to be proud of his establishment and trains his personnel... More

Finished shopping and in need of good coffee/ tea, of course we had to have cake... A generous slice of walnut & chocolate, ditto coffee & walnut, fab coffee, exotic teas and a scone... Well why not indeed! Jazz fills the air, we are starting to feel a little too at home, another slice? More tea? Er, yes please!

Lazy late afternoon tea in this cosy little place just in Hope Square. Delicious cakes and scones, good tea and coffee and Ella Fitzgerald singing Christmas songs to lift the spirits of even the bah-est of humbugs. Thank you Time for Tea.

Stopped in for lunch , so filling, very disappointed I had no room for the amazing cakes displayed! Definitely a return trip for coffee 'n cake next time. Small and cute , more seating upstairs, good menu, all fresh to order. Polite staff , not 'in your face'! And warm too. 😊

Loved the Friday night supper club with great tasting food. Cosy and intimate atmosphere upstairs. Friendly and efficient staff with a star of a chef patron! Lovely and warming on a winter's eve.

I fell in love with this place as soon as I walked through the door! Such a shame I was alone! The tartiflette was amazing, it reminded me of a cold brisk winters day on the slopes, always my favourite lunch! ( this was better, thank you Pascal)! I shall return with someone special!

Oh, boy! oh wow! What a find on our last day, another on of those places where 'we;ll just pop in for tea and cake' and get sucked in by the menu! Tea & cake ? yeah as if! Soup de Poisson (fish soup for the connaisseurs) and a glass of wine was the midday our feast, and it was... More

This is a curious little place run by a Frenchman who has been here for years. Light lunches have a slightly French flavour and are matched by the background music which was playing French chansons when we visited. The cassoulet however is more like baked beans with sausage. The Tartiflette, a sort of melted cheese and potato bake, is fairly... More

Weymouth is hardly short of places to eat, and we found this one purely by chance. But what a really good place it turned out to be. Great atmosphere, very tasty food, and excellent friendly owner and waiter. Go for it !

Exactly as the Cafe's name says you can get an excellent cup of tea (and coffee) here and some delicious homemade cakes too, but the café's name is a bit of a misnomer as there is so much more to be had here. Try a light lunch. The owner is French and adds his own Gallic twist to some of... More
