We would usually keep clear of a restaurant in a busy part of Bowness during holiday periods, but we found ourselves here.recently. We received a friendly greeting, were quickly shown to our table and ordered drinks. Many items on the menu were to our liking...More

All customers sitting outside have to order at the bar and there are several signs dotted around stating this. When ordering customers are given a number for the table and also asked to collect their cutlery and any sauces they would like and take them...More

We stopped by to have some dinner, and was pleasantly surprised when we entered. The decor was cosy but modern. The menu was traditional food and was very tasty and reasonable portions. Service was good too. Would recommend for a breakfast/lunch and casual dinner.

It was fine for lunch at the beginning of November, and they were serving a large group in a separate room at the time, as well as quite a few tables in the main room.
