It's our first visit here. When our food arrive it was warm not hot lucky it tasted good. We had to change our dessert order twice because our first and second choice was unavailable but when we got the bill we had to send it back because we still got charged for the sweet that we didn't have. From observation... More

I noted some previous reviews where someone complained about this pub being a bit rough and ready, and where (horror of horrors) a couple of the locals used some choice language. Of course the point here is that even in tourist hot spots, locals deserve a life of their own, and a bog standard pub like the Ruskin no doubt... More

Brilliant! The bar staff at Ruskins were friendly and helpful and it was also a great place to mingle with the locals.

The pub was very lively, Rugby on in the afternoon and then locals and tourists united with many dogs and enjoyed an evening of karaoke Staff and locals made us feel really welcome

It's a place for the locals who might like to escape from tourists. Odd layout with toilets in the cellar. It might have been very trenday at one time but needs a refurb. Friendly crowd in there but not for the kids.

Not the most nicest of pub in the area and has a dirty feel to it and is need of some TLC but it serves gin and tonic and was last pub on the hill.
