Staying at the Palace Hotel, four of us ate here on a wet mid-week evening, having booked a table in advance as the hotel was busy and the weather awful. Service was friendly and attentive, with drinks brought quickly. We were seated in the window,...More

Went with family to the Sunday brunch, and it was fantastic! We sat by the window so had a great view of the harbor. The buffet consists of colds (e.g., smoked salmon, salads, potato salad, green salad), carvery (i.e., beef, turkey, lamb), and desserts (e.g.,...More

Enjoyed the Festive Lunch carvery. We particularly enjoy self-service buffets, and this one was very good. An imaginative range of starters - lots of sea food. Only one choice of carvery - Turkey - but it was nicely cooked, and tender. Vegetables were crunchy; I...More

Visited here with my girlfriend, was impressed on arrival, met at the door and shown to our table where menus were given. Bread followed immediately and the restaurant looked lovely in itself and the staff were all well presented, however the waitress failed to take...More

I did not come to this restaurant out of choice as I was invited to a meal as part of a large group. Food was edible but not particularly exciting. There are better places to go on the island.
