Had fish chips mushy peas, the fish came in two pieces, batter was different on each piece, tasty greasy, was very watery and was so full of bones that it put me off the rest of my meal, every mouthful had a bone in it. The chips tasted as though they were frozen .. the peas tasted earthy.. Completely vile!... More

Lovely friendly atmosphere as soon as we walked in and food was delicious. They got my little boys order wrong but instead of quibbling who said what, they simply got the correct sausage ie battered and the meal was enjoyed by all.

Didn't have to wait too long and reasonable seating area. Good sized portions - they made a mistake with the order but quickly rectified.

We visited after a tiring journey so were pleased with the quick service and good value. Had battered sausages, vegetarian sausage and delicious cheesy chips and a good cup of coffee. Attentive & Friendly service despite us being some of the last customers of the day. Serve gluten free & vegetarian options too.

I went on a Friday night to get Saveloy and chips. It took a while to get served despite the place being empty, but to be fair the food was pretty tasty.

Havent been to fat harrys in a while, and now i know why. Ordered cod and chips and a chicken fillet burger, totalling about £11. It took about 4 minutes, so it couldnt have been fresh. Anyway get home 5 mins later to open up to this (see pic) soggy cod, a chewy tiny burger with lettuce thrown on it... More

The proprietor himself was really nice, I asked to speak to him at the end of my meal and bless him he thought he had done something wrong,... More
