Popped in for a drink as it was dog friendly and ended up staying for food. Has separate areas for dog owners and non dog owners. Good selection on menu, well priced, friendly locals. Food was very nice.

The food was fine, not outstanding, but warm and filling. The bar/put was only locals, I think. Pretty quiet.

Enjoyed our meal. Service was prompt and waiting staff were friendly. Had a choice of eating in the bar or restaurant which is actually open plan to the bar, but slightly quieter. We both enjoyed our starters. These were tadty and a good portion size. Main courses were similar. Prices were reasonable. Would use again.

After having diner for two nights at the Auld Alliance restaurant, almost everything after this experience feels a bit like a disappointment. But still we had a good decent meal! It's a pub so the ambiance was cosy with lots of local and friendly people. There's a more quiet area at the right side where you can eat or you... More

Very friendly young barmaid and very friendly but not intrusive locals. Not the most fancy surroundings but comfortable.

We ate here one night whilst staying in Kingussie. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We popped in on the second night just for a drink and found it to be a lovely welcoming pub. We'll definitely go back if in the area again.

Or if you prefer the indoors, we have plenty of seating in the bar & restaurant areas, with a roaring fire for the winter months.
