I have visited this pub with my partner for a Sunday dinner. The pub is cosy and clean. I like the atmosphere perfect for a chilled Sunday evening. It is not the first time I have visited the pub but it the first time I have ordered a burger. Excellent! This pub really deserve a review this time. Sunday roast... More

Visited this place many times, generally to meet with friends from farther afield, and the most recently, last night. Crowded entry area close to the bar, and drafty as the doors weren't shutting properly in the wind. As my friends had arrived earlier and already got a table that wasn't an issue, but it took for ever to get a... More

A really convenient place, close to Gatwick, to meet friends or family for a meal before travelling abroad. Straightforward, tasty pub food in a character full old building. Friendly staff who kept up a good level of service despite it being a busy lunchtime. Reasonably priced food and drink.

Came here on a Sunday evening. It took a while to be seated almost to the point of trying to find someone to speak to. Once seated service was prompt and friendly, the only problem being everything we asked for on the starter menu was 'off'. Despite this rocky start our main course of roast beef was delicious. Bottom line... More

I had read reviews and decided to pay a visit for dinner before my flight. Before leaving the airport I checked the restaurants website and was impressed with the extensive menu, and competitive prices. Arriving at the pub I found it to be inviting and had excellent service with attentive staff, however they still had a limited menu following Christmas,... More

Delightful cosy pub/restaurant. All agreed a great menu and excellent food.We had steak sandwich, Chicken BLT, scampi, Chicken pot pie, which my wife says about the best she has ever had! If you have the time to eat before a flight this is the place to go and will now be my "go to" spot whenever in the area.

What a pleasure it was having Christmas dinner at Ye Olde Six Bells. The staff were mindful of our needs without being intrusive, there were no delays in serving the meal (just a short space in between each course) and the food was superb. Many thanks for making our Christmas Day so special.
