This is the second time we've eaten here... We came in September to celebrate my Wife's 50th, so we decided to visit again for mine and I have to say we weren't disappointed... The food and service here are absolutely first class. It's comfortable, quirky with a lovely friendly atmosphere and you can see they take real pride in what... More

We had a lovely meal here. It is a small quirky restaurant with excellent food, service and friendly staff. Really enjoyed the lamb and my husband tried Brill for the first time, which was delicious. We would certainly recommend.

Had a three course meal as part of birthday weekend in Aberdovey. There is a limited choice of places to eat so those that offer food have a captive audience. We opted for 3 tapas style dishes to share for our starter. At £3.95 per dish I was expecting a lot. The hummus was very bland and the mark up... More

What a gem! We have walked past this place many times and decided to see what it was like. The staff were very friendly and welcoming on our arrival. The service was great and the food was incredible with good sized portions! The steak was cooked to perfection and we really enjoyed the Welsh seafood pancake! The place had a... More

We arrived for opening time and had a seat at the far end of the restaurant. The restaurant is very quirky with lots of cool collectibles and images. There is so much choice on the menu and specials sounded delicious. I went for the feta stuffed jalapeños tapas to start with which comes with balsamic vinegar, oil and bread. I... More

We were a little early for our reservation and the restaurant is very intimate so we were left standing for a very awkward few minutes while our table was prepared. That was our only complaint, such is the compact space they are working with down here. The food is very good and flavoursome, no scrimping on ingredients here. Waiting time... More

We booked last minute and found the owner to be very friendly, the bistro itself was small and intimate and clearly popular with locals and the food was very good.

We recently had dinner at the recommendation of locals. We couldn't fault any of it. Big score - we hadn't booked and the restaurant was quite fully booked. The Patroness didn't hesitate to give us a lovely table and make us feel very welcome. Great service and the ginger & pepper sponge with fudge sauce was a delight.
