But only because they don't have a licence for alcohol. It's rather fun doing a runner to the pub for drink, alternatively you could take your own bottle. Small, compact and cosy, with friendly staff and other diners. The food here is authentic and tasty, well presented and served promptly. Well worth a visit if you're in the area.

Had a take away from there last weekend. What a surprise. The shortest Indian menu I've seen and a little privet but when the food arrived it was stunning. The meat especially was gorgeous. Lovely tender flavourful lamb... I'm assuming Welsh lamb but it was great wherever it was from. We come from the midlands generally known for good Indian... More

Having had curries in other rural locations I had low expectations when ordering this meal, having no competition for many-a-mile rarely brings out the best in such places, still however low I had set the benchmark would not have been low enough for the trays of tasteless pulped food we were served. Ten minutes after ordering our takeout we saw... More

We spent £58 quid on a takeaway. The food was average, and the ch balti my wife ordered made her ill the next day. The rice was not fresh, and the poppadoms were 75p each (!!) and served with no onion salad or mint sauce. Watch out for the 10% discount on orders over a certain value, as the waiter... More

Ordered a Bhuna and, to be honest, it was a bit bland. They have no license so take your own drinks... And what kind of restaurant in this day and age doesn't accept card payments?!

We used this restaurant for an early evening meal and were not disappointed. Good speedy service and the food was great. Reasonable selection on the menu. Clean tidy and well presented. No alcohol sold but they have arrangements with the Pub next door to allow you to buy a pint or wine and bring it in. They do take away... More

The had a lovely Indian meal, I had a prawn dish I couldn't remember. My husband had Chicken Tikka Madras with rice and Keema man which was great. The staff were nice and the restaurant wax clean and only small.
