10 of us had an amazing Christmas lunch here today. Food and service both great, and great value at £18 for 3 courses with tea/coffee. Definitely recommend!

Went for a night with the whole extended family (about 20 of us). We had a great evening. The staff were great and couldn't have been more helpful. The food was nice I had steak and chips and it was just what I expected nice. All in all a nice night.

The Jamaica Inn never fails to delight. The staff are always so professional, the menu is regularly refreshed yet at the same time retains a character and comforting flavour palate that is part of the Jamaica's signature. The selection behind the bar is enormous and the staff seem to know a great deal - they're always happy to make a... More

Packed as always. Menu choice for me is poor. Not much fresh sounding food. All seems to be either battered or fried or simply prepared. It shows lack of skill or passion by the cheffing team. And that was the problem with my meal. A chicken burger looks good on paper but failed spectacularly on the plate. Very very greasy... More

Food was O K but the place really could do with a good clean we were sitting beside a china cabinet with a few bits in it and the glass doors etc looked like they had never been cleaned.

Went to the Jamaica inn last night to celebrate the in laws wedding anniversary. Arrived and were given our table very promptly and settled down to look at menus. There was so much to choose from but I wanted to know the specials, took a while for the waiter to bring the specials board but got there in the end.... More

Called in for a quick coffee and found the place to be warm and welcoming. Lots of people eating and the food looked good. Great setting overlooking the sea and good service. Nothing available to eat with a coffee except a full blown dessert but so what? No real biggie. Worth a visit.
