Macclesfield is great for pie lovers and this eaterie specialises in pie and mash using local pies with mash, gravy and minted mushy peas. Good choice of vegetarian and meat pies.

Great food (we had excellent pie and mushy peas), great local beer, really welcoming staff and atmosphere. We had never been to Macclesfield. This was a gem of a find!

Called in with family while on a shopping trip and had some platters and sandwiches. All very nice and fresh with a very nice cheeky lunchtime half!

I love the cheese and onion pie with mash and peas. This pub also has a wonderful and huge beer selection, nice personnel and a cosy atmosphere. Strongly recommended!
