I ordered a Wagamama Ramen instead I got only a 1/4 of ingredients in my bowl ( 2 small chicken pieces, 2 extra small pork pieces, 3 tiny tiny tiny prawns, 1 egg and 2 mussels). For £11.45 I expect more than noodles and soup. Wagamama in Covent Garden served their Wagamama Ramen very different and don't forget to add... More

I have visited Wagamama in Richmond approx once every two months for many years with the same group of friends. It has been our firm favourite. The service continues to be excellent. On this occasion the food was okay but not great. HOWEVER, the key think that shocked me was the prices. In my view these have now been pushed... More

Visited at end of a weekend in London before driving back home. Decent enough. We seemed to be rushed in and out and wasn't really relaxing but food decent enough and service ok. Not a big fan of Wagmamas and this place didn't really change anything for me. Won't be returning in a hurry to one.

Quick, easy, no fuss food. Tastes great and something for everyone. Children friendly. Can't get enough of it.

This was the first foray into Richmond for a "working lunch" (office nearby). No high expectations just looking for reasonable priced, reasonable food. An appalling experience. The "ramen" was not ramen. It was a soggy wheat noodle (maybe some people like that). The gyoza were cold and greasy. Both were tasteless. And both diners agreed so it wasn't just me... More

Pretty average food , unauthentic. Friendly staff and good service but food nowhere near as good as Yuma sushi or Itsu - both of which are cheaper + taste better

Me and my friend went to this Restaurant. He has never been to Wagamama's. Had the noodle dishes which were very nice and the service was very good. Would go again.

We use Wagamams in both Reading and Basigstoke regularly when in a hurry and have found them excellent, good value for money. As we were going to the Richmond theatre we thought that we would try the Wagamamas in Rinchmond. Very small place over a shop, when we arrived there were very few people in, although it was early. The... More

Really great and fast service. You get a good food for the price. But there's other places in London that you can get better things for the price. The Lamen is really tasty and has a lot of fillings but they deliver it less hot for you to be able to eat faster and I don't really like the idea.... More

Wagamama is our go to fast food place for a guaranteed spicy food. Though we have had mixed experience in every branch. The one in Richmond is located on first floor. It was the bank holiday weekend and the place was packed to rafters. The servers gave us menu cards and warned us of 15-20 minutes wait. When our turn... More
