We went for dinner at Terrace Restaurant, the restaurant of Mission Hill Vineyard and it is definitely an amazing location and decor. The view is astonishing, the bell tower and the entire vineyard is one of a kind. The six courses dinner was all around delicious, and if you go for dinner, it is a one price menu with pairing with each course. Although the food was good and the wines were also pretty good, I was disappointed in the pairing options as it was mostly white wines (only one red) which I understand, you want to make sure it goes well with the different items of the menu but based on their amazing red wines they have, it is a bit disappointing to only try one. I would suggest to allow for your customers to select different pairing options, or even to be able to just buy whatever wine they want, rather than making it mandatory to purchase the chosen pairing. But the food and service was great, just that item was a bit disappointing for dinner for 2 which cost over 350$. For that price, I'd like to be able to drink a bit more what I like.

I am quite picky and am not easily impressed. However, this restaurant blew me away. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and there was a card waiting for him when we arrived, signed by everyone who works at the restaurant. I’d never seen that before! I was a bit nervous about having a pre-set menu because, as I said, I am pretty picky. But every single dish was delicious. Wine pairings were great. Service was fantastic. The views were out of this world. All in all - one of my best restaurant experiences ever.

My wife & I celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary at the Terrace Restaurant. Our experience was beyond fantastic! Great food but most of all the service we experienced from Chris our waiter was outstanding! At first we were a bit upset that we couldn’t travel somewhere due to Covid to celebrate our anniversary. However, after our experience at Mission Hill we are truly grateful we stayed home in the Okanagan since we had such an incredible experience! Chris really went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and to help us celebrate our milestone anniversary first class! 2020 has been an emotional year to say the least, but what we experienced from Chris and the team at Mission Hill was truly amazing and uplifting. My wife and I would like to sincerely thank Chris for providing us with the best dining experience possible and giving us a positive light in today’s crazy world! We will be telling all of our friends about our amazing experience! Can’t wait to return again ! Truly one of the best dining experiences in the Okanagan!

A one time treat that has excellent food, service and view, but is overpriced for the set meal and extremely overpriced for wines they make and sell on-property. 6oz glass of 2016 Compendium they make on site and sell about 100 feet away cost $40 while the regular retail for the bottle is $80. 100% markup I can see somewhere else, but not on property. The food and wine pairings were excellent. Service was top notch. I had a feeling there would not be enough food or wine, so I asked a few times before we went there. We were assured people left full and it was enough wine. Wrong. Wonderful plating and flavour. But we left hungry. 2oz of wine is meager. Not enough for a full experience with the food. No matter how good the food, service and view was, the small portions and price of the wine left a very bad taste in our mouth. Especially since we are Members and have spent quite a bit over the last 2 years. Visit the property and enjoy the view, but buy a normally priced bottle in the wine shop and enjoy it somewhere else

The views and atmosphere are absolutely breathtaking. But what is more surprising is the food parallels this. Every bite was delicious. And the service was exceptional. While at a higher price point, it did not disappoint, and we got what we paid for. I wish more restaurants in the area could follow their lead. Prices are comparable to nearby restaurants like Quails Gate, and Modest Butcher (inside Mount Boucherie Winery) but the food is SO. MUCH. BETTER. If you are counting on an amazing evening this is it!

My wife and I arrived at sunset and from that moment until we left it was the perfect evening. They’re currently offering a 5 course set meal with wine pairing, which apparently they have just started doing and I hope they continue it. It was top notch food, paired wonderfully. The service was fantastic too. Add to that the beautiful setting at the top of the hill overlooking the lake and you couldn’t get a better evening. Highly recommended.

I want to start off by saying service was very good here - our server was attentive, enthusiastic and clearly making an effort. The food (we had the 2 course lunch) was also decent albeit in very small portions. We do not have any specific complaints. The only downside was that the whole experience felt like a bit of a let down. Perhaps it was the photos which made the restaurant appear much grander or higher up on a hill, or the fact that the shades were drawn so we couldn't really see the view (which was a large part of the draw for us), or the fact that it was pretty windy/chilly for August. The shades were probably the main reason why - without the views, it ended up feeling like we were just eating in a narrow hallway.

We were offered two choices for our starter and main. Generally I don’t like limited options but this wasn’t a problem. You can also add on items like pommes frites and dessert. I suspect the menu changes, although I’m not sure. Originally we had asked for a lakeside table but there was a miscommunication and another staff member gave our table away. However our amazing hostess was able to move us to that side shortly after we sat down. Living in the North we appreciated the mist which helped keep us a bit cooler. Service was top notch and we’ll happily return when we’re back in town.

We booked this for our anniversary dinner. Firstly it is very pricy and not sure it’s completely worth the price but it was an interesting experience and the service was very good. Each plate was paired and there were a few white wines which we don’t enjoy so that is a bit of a waste, maybe give the option because we didn’t really drink those glasses. Also I don’t eat red meat so I did get an alternative and it was soooo dry, I had to keep drinking to get it down. Overall I did give this a good rating but it could have been better.

I could only rate 4 stars due to the rain and obviously was no fault of restaurant. That said, with the screens down we were limited with what we could see and unfortunately missed the scenery that surrounds Mission Hill since this is el fresco dining. Seats were a little damp, but we and all guests were provided blankets. Plates were very good, wine pairing was spot on.

We really like this restaurant in Kelowna and the whole fang shui thing they have going on. Massive manicured grounds and commanding architecture creates a stunning impression. The restaurant is doing a tasting menu and all 6 courses were fabulous. Great chef! And great server; she was so knowledgeable! Not inexpensive but a lovely night out.

Beautiful location great food and wine. We had lunch here for our anniversary. You definitely need to reserve a table as it gets booked up fast. The scenery is spectacular the food was great and the wines with the tasting menu were delicious. Would definitely eat here again. Great spot for special occasions.

We signed up for the 6 course Legacy tasting menu as part of our honeymoon and it was an absolutely excellent meal. All the food was 10/10 - so fresh, local and well balanced and the wine pairing was excellent. Really great selection and they were very helpful with letting us try those not on the wine flight! We would have loved to have been told a bit more about all the wines as we went through the flight - we felt a little like we had to keep asking for the story of the wines (other than grape variety) which was a shame given we were very keen to learn more! However when we did make a point of asking, they did get the sommelier over who was wonderful and incredibly knowledgeable! Great service otherwise / very attentive and lovely in a very nice setting!
