We enjoyed A happy hour at Hooked, with some great bar snacks and then went back the following day for dinner. The menu is a little limited but the cooking was excellent, we both had seafood pasta and it was one of our best ever. Wine list was also reasonably priced. Lots of happy waiting staff made for a great... More

My friend and I had dinner here whilst staying in Marahau, we had 3 courses the food was so amazing. Very impressed with the ceviche and fresh fish main. We went back for more on the second night. Beautiful view of the sunset whilst we were dining.

This was just the sort of place we had hoped to find. Lovely little cafe/restaurant right on the water. Good breakfasts and lunches with a range of coffee and cakes. Dinner at night was fresh seafood simply cooked. Just what you are wanting. I had the catch of the day which was Served with salad. Delicious. Service was excellent.

This cafe and bar is on the Marahau waterfront and after a hike in the Abel Tasman park, happy hour was very welcome. We only had beers this time but we will be back. The cafe obviously gets busy at peak times and is surprisingly large.

Hooked on Marahau is a cafe and beer garden located on the Marahau waterfront; 1.5Km from the start of the Abel Tasman National Park's Coastal Track. Hooked has arguably the best view in the area with vistas across Tasman Bay and north along the Astrolabe to Adele and Fisherman's Islands in the Abel Tasman. We serve cafe style breakfast and lunches with barista coffee and homemade baked goods. We also have a daily happy hour from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Dinner is bistro style with local wines and locally brewed craft beers.
