The venue needs to be freshen up, great setting however the attention to service is lacking. The meals are ok and reasonable value, however it is hard to enjoy your meal with crows and ibis picking at the remainder of scraps of meals on adjoining tables not cleared. Time to lift your game.

My partner and my 2 year old went for lunch here. Will never eat again. Lunch was terrible. We both went with the special $26 rib fillet with calamari. Steak and chips were cold . Gravy was gluggy and the salad was full of onion. And too top it off am now feeling sick.

Have just moved to Redland Bay area and were looking for a local place to eat, this will not be it. Confusion as where to sit, could we sit near the smokers ( these were the only vacant tables). Bumbled along found a table, found where to order. The only staff we saw were staff behind a counter and one... More

Lovely spot with nice outlook, but the meals are very poor. Tried the mussels, nice size pot with a nice cream sauce. But the mussels very poor. Most unopened and impossible to eat. This was not only on our table as the table next to us returned theirs and still got the same result with the replacements. Overall a very... More

Here is a beautiful spot spoilt by crummy tacky venue called "a hotel" a hole of a pub, should have sawdust on the floors. This is a place for crowds, lots of beer and awful food, waiting for a long time for both and when it comes its poor at best, staff try to be friendly but it doesn't last,... More

What an appalling experience. A water front establishment serving stinky old seafood. Absolutely disgusting food and service. Unapologetic sarcastic shift manager who obviously can't handle the volume of complaints. What a shame.

went for lunch waited for 50 minutes only to receive steaks not cooked as ordered. side salad a joke, coleslaw which had a brown sauce over it. As I waited three customers returned their meals because they were not cooked correctly. I gave feedback as I left but the staff member didn't show any sign of caring about it. I... More

I attended the Jimmy Barnes concert and I'm having real issues on how they whole event was run. Firstly the line up at the Hotel just to get a bite to eat was hideous. I cashier working and at least 40 mins to just put your order in. Now the bar, OMG what a nightmare. Had the quick service bar,... More

Thousands of people at Jimmy Barnes and they had only SIX port-a-loo's!! For real?!? The line to get in was over an hour long and the line for drinks was about 45 minutes. Ridiculous. Tickets were preside so it's not like they didn't know how many people would be there, so they could have had ample facilities and staff, but... More
