We visited after a chilly walk. Warm welcome and delicious food. Both the meat and the vegetarian options were well presented and seemed freshly prepared. And the beer was well kept too.

I am normally indifferent to ice cream but these are excellent. With the added advantage that the Blitzen beer is delicious.

Southrop is a lovely Cotswold village with its honey coloured buildings and tiny meandering chalk stream which is a great setting for this pub/restaurant. The set lunch menu was good value and I enjoyed the polenta soup with cavalo nero and a poached egg for...More

Thank you for your enquiry. We do indeed welcome well-behaved dogs (with not too muddy paws) in both the bar and the restaurant at The Swan, and look forward to welcoming you and your four-legged friend in the near future.
