This restauraunt has an excellent view of the Porto Cervo harbour and if you like to dine early evening you can enjoy a perfect sunset. As you would expect from one of Italys best chefs Mr Elio Sironi , The food and service are excellent. We enjoyed wonderful fresh fish cooked to perfection and served with crispy locally sourced vegetables.... More

Excellent service but, since the move from the old location, the fare has declined to the unimaginative standard that is plaguing the region, more interested in rotating in and out the remaining tourists arrived to experience the once-exclusive Porto Cervo. The food was not bad and the terrace provided a nice view even though this year the port promenade is... More

The Madai restaurant had been highly recommended to us during our stay in Sardinia. We eagerly booked to go for a special evening with two of our best friends who had paid us a surprise trip that same day. As a group of foodies we were really looking forward to a gastronomic feast! Sadly we were mightily disappointed as this... More

Great food at a reasonable price by Costa Smeralda standard. Had a wonderful prosciutto and melon, really tasty veal with aubergine coulis and hazelnuts, a fantastic dessert of lemon meringue. All dishes beautifully presented, friendly staff and tasty bread.

The service was slow, the food was cold and overall a bad experience. They didn't seem bothered at all either. Would recommend avoiding.

Madai Ristorante is in a wonderful location with a big outdoor terrace on the harbor. Beautiful view! It is difficult to give this review, because we waited so long for our main course that we only tasted the bread, one appetizer and delicious Sardinian wine. We had 9:30 reservations, arrived 15 minutes early and got seated right away--by 11:30, we... More

Note that the value remark is relative - this is the most expensive village in Italy, an there is a EUR 6 cover per person even for children and they charge EUR 7 for a small bottle of Coke. Most restaurants in Porto Cervo aim for a EUR 100 per person meal - here you get an excellent one for... More

The place is stunning and very well kept. Lots of flowers. Sadly this does not compensate for the pricey food. The quality is not that bad, but we have been accustomed to better quality. The service was very friendly.

A gorgeous restaurant in Porto Cervo, just as the promenade starts. Beautiful inside with an outside area to watch the sun go down. Stunning food and superb service. Relatively affordable for Porto Cervo.
