The appetizers are amazing, and the famous gnocchi is also good, but mine was slightly overcooked. The deserts are also good. Nice Piedmontese in Bra.

This place has a big history on its shoulders and it does hold it well . . after only few bites it transfers you to the wildness of Slow Food philosophy, and the magic hands of the chef and his team. The service was excellent and unpretentious it made as feel like home. Would recommend to book few days in... More

... Or, we could also say "don't judge the book by the cover". During winter time, the place does not welcome you: is essential and a little distant; the place as the personnel: professional and technically ok . But as it come to Food...! It's simply great! Spectacular entries and delicious main course . You only have to choose ,... More

Having lunch at the origins of slow food... It sounds as good as it is! I was immediately attracted by the idea, and so were my friends. We reserved a table and arrived just in time! We tried one of the 5 course lunch formulas, containing only local food (no surprise here!). From start to finish, they were all very... More

Surprisingly busy but service was first class. Snails with onion compôte and raw veal to start were a great indicator of what was to come. Simple, earthy delights. The seasonal homemade tajarin pasta with copious unctuous butter sauce and rare white truffle was a brilliant antipasto. Congrats to whoever chose the tubers. Powerful and heady. Next the veal braised in... More

So they take 40 egg yolks and mix with 1kg of flour, Very very tasty.Beautiful colour. As i said, the best i ever tasted. Very friendly staff, good wine list, and great food.Guinea... More

Vibrant place, with dishes that push you order at least half menu. Wine list - very good. Service as well. A place to return to.

my wife and I had dinner there yesterday and it was very mediocre, if not to say bad. Lousy energy in the place. All the dishes were mediocre in comparison to other places of it's type/standard, one was not edible. Waste of a potentialy great dinner somewhere else in Piedmonte.

Great traditional food for a reasonable price coupled with very friendly service. Must-go in Bra. After six days with lunch and dinner every day across the Piemonte our favourite place.
