Sitting out in the terrace; it was a chilled out and welcoming atmosphere with the ducks passing by on the river and the kids could run around and play in the park.
The food; Colorful and bursting with flavors.
The fish paella was outstanding! The tempura salmon/veg was perfectly executed; light and airy.
The service staff, all young and very motivated, were not too intrusive and very professional.
We have been trying to come to Brix 0.1 for many years and finally had the opportunity and throughly enjoyed every minute.

We very much enjoyed our dinner at Brix 0.1! It was the perfect end to a lovely day in Brixen Bressanone. We arrived a little early so we sat by the lake and watched the ducks, turtles and fish until our reservation time. Upon arriving we were struck by the beautiful building and the inviting patio that looked out over the lake. We were greeted by a friendly staff member that spoke excellent English (sadly our German and Italian is quite limited) and who sat us at a table on the patio with lovely views of both the lake and the building. We started with the drink of the month and appetizers followed by our entrees of sea bass and the paella. Both were beautifully presented and as tasty as they were beautiful. We finished dinner with the Strawberry sorbet, a dessert wine and a coffee. Really, the night was just perfect, the service was excellent and the food terrific. Would highly recommend for a lovely night out in Brixen.

This restaurant is a jewel! The modern steel and glass building plus the well laid-out outdoor dining space provides a unique and impressive ambience. The cuisine has the presentation and taste superior to that of any of the other restaurants we patronized during our week-long trip in Italy. The wait staff was professional and attentive. The prices were reasonable. All in all, a delightful experience we greatly savored and will have no reservation recommending it to friends.

We had a sublime summer lunch at this restaurant.
The position by the lido in a park is gorgeous - even better if you have children with you who love playing on the playground and with the fountains while you enjoy a more leisurely meal.
We celebrated our daughters birthday here. Reserving by email (in English) was a breeze and super responsive. We got exactly what we requested - a table, on the terrace outdoors, with shade, with a view of the playground.
The welcome when we arrived was warm and the food was so exceptional. Kids food came quickly, adults food was appropriately paced, no one rushed us, everyone was exceptionally helpful.
Gorgeous, fresh, not-fussy-just-fabulous food came out from a team of immaculate chefs in the wonderful open kitchen inside. You could taste the freshness of the vegetables and herbs, the quality of the meat / fish and everything we as prepared in such a way to compliment this.
Best of all was the absolute stand out table service from the two waiters who looked after us, plus the sommelier. It was personal, personable, generous and authentic. A fantastic face on a thoroughly enjoyable dining experience.

The restaurant is at the Lido, near the river Eisack, and it offers fish dishes with a refined touch. Their tortellini (a traditional type of Italian filled pasta) with prawns are simply great.

The Restaurant is not in the centre of Bressanone, but is very worth the trouble to visit it. They have an individual style in the Deco and the architecture . The waiters and waitresses are a delight.

After a morning walk to Lido, we had coffee here. Lovely terrace and spoiled with sun and great coffee. Staff is quick and friendly. Place is modern and clean. Playing environment for children. Will go back any time!

What a nice setting in the park!
Too bad we were between lunch-dinner service and did not have the time to wait.
We had some tapa style snacks: sweet potato fries, potato wedges, calamares.
All were really fresh and good quality! We really enoyed it!
Next time we will come back for dinner as it looked great !

a restaurant with a nontraditional food menu. I enjoyed my dish very much. I have ordered the Homemade Tagliolini but my husband and daughter ordered a meat dish for 2 to share. It was a surprise that we could find such a Hip restaurant in Brixen.

What a great find. Our local friend took us as it is somewhere she goes and enjoys. What a scrumptious meal. I had a glass of Riesling I was very happy with and the deer burger 🍔 (spelt dear) which was finger licking good. Our waitress, Lisa, was helpful, spoke very good English and had the best big smile. It is super casual, dogs, children, tourists and locals. A very cruise , busy atmosphere We will be back.
