Even though we were staying in the hotel, this place was so popular, we had to be seated in the cellar area! Pizzas were great, excellent beers, too. And friendly staff (if a little busy).

There are two restaurants in this hotel, the one being a pizzeria. It is clearly one of the most popular eateries in town and while many had pizza which looked very good, I had risotto which was excellent, a summer salad filled with fresh fruit and other good things, and for dessert my husband had the adffogato which was delicious... After some hiking in the mountains we stopped in brunico. We stopped in this classy biedermeier restaurant with cloth serviettes and a smart wine selection (local wines which combine well with their menu). Nice selection of food we had some homemade pasta with deer, a tasty veal and our boy had a outstanding pizza. The service was very friendly. Highly... More

The restaurant of the Corso Hotel is frequented by locals as well as tourists every day. We stopped by for pizza at lunchtime. Real tablecloths and serviettes show immediately we are not in a fast food house but a classy yet low key place. The pizzaiola does his trade in view of everyone, and the quality of the pizza’s he... The restaurants has been an institution for dozen of years but the food has been tailored now to mass tourism, with the inclusion of pizzas. We had two different kind of pastas which were well prepared handsome veal... More

We stopped here because it was conveniently located. We ordered pizza, goulash, and an apple bread pudding dessert called kaiser schmaren which they thoroughly advertised and say requires 20 minutes to prepare. The goulash was bland and the meat dry. The server brought out the dessert at the same time as the meal, not sure what was thinking, an subsequently... More

Passion, tradition and over 300 years of experience are the most valuable characteristics that make our Restaurant Pizzeria & Café Corso a very special place. Due to our location right in the towncenter of the historic town of Brunico/Bruneck, which was Austrian once and is Italian now, we focus on traditional South Tyrolean and Italian cuisine. Our specialties like Pasta, Pizza (made of kamut, whole meal or white flour) and traditional South Tyrolean Knödel (Dumplings) as well as icecream and various cakes are all homemade, putting great emphasis on highest quality ingredients.
