During our skiing holiday in Dolomites we visited this restaurant twice. They have wide choce of primi and secondi courses inspired by local cusine. Service is acceptable even during busy hours. Recomended not only for short breat but for yummy lunch too.

Cool place for mid day ski refreshment. Restaurant, unlike most of the others on the ski slopes, is not self - service. You get a proper menu, make you selection, order and the food is brought to you. Absolutely excellent are their cold plates - either Speck plate - thin slices of speck, cheese, pickle, horse raddish, some salat and... More

Pralongia is a very nice hutte whose main characteristic is to be a "real" restaurant in one of the Dolomites picks, close to San Cassiano. The view is amazing and Pralongia has several windows that allows to have lunch looking to one of the most beatiful sightscene of the Dolomites. Easy access from the slopes. A bit slow in service... Great spot for a lunch destination. Yummy food served either inside or outside. Would recommend the soup & bun and the tiramisu for desert. Extremely clean with friendly staff.

We stopped by this restaurant during our hiking trip and i was not expecting much as its the summer and you typically dont get great food while trekking on mountains but i was positively surprised. The menu was very extensive. I had schnitzel with fries and my wife had grilled vegetables. Had draught beer and apple strudle as well and... More

I've been to this retaurant more times than I can remember as each time I visit Corvara I make at least one visit to it. This year as all my visits to it since 1975, the food and service was first class. I can safely say that whether you want just a coffee and a cake or a full meal... More

Went to get some food after half a day of skiing. Comparable to other ski restaurants: good food, but looong waiting times. But still one of the best options.

Big but nice restaurant at the top of the mountain. As you exit the Cherz skilift, Pralongio is on your right. We only had coffees, but the restaurant looks good, has quick service and reasonable pricing. It was getting busy bu the time we left, so it is popular, which is a good sign.

It's a well run mountain restaurant, up against all the difficulties of doing this and serving top notch food. We had a fair salad, ok dumplings and not very good penne... All washed down with a good bottle of wine and a ill that came to a very fair 60 euros . You pays your money and takes your choice,
