We had a good conversation with the waiter, the food was really good. He gave us some advice on local specialties which were excellent.

Pasta was good but second dish calamari and shrimps were frozen... For a local advertising typical Italian food that was disappointing. They have an ad in the door against TripAdvisor so I guess they don't get many good reviews. Service was OK.

We spotted this restaurant after visiting Piazza Oronzo and, tempted by the dark, cool interior, ventured in. We were greeted rather reluctantly but offered a table in a practically empty restaurant. It doesn't look as upmarket as some of the other restaurants in the area but if you want good honest food this is perfect. Grilled bass expertly served at the table, good pasta and warm and friendly staff.
Central to the historic district, it was a bright and lively location. The ristorante is sizeable but on a beautiful night, people filled the tables outside. With this ristorante, their outdoor dining straddles the sidewalk. Most people walk past without interfering with the patrons but...More
