We are at Dama Dama a half dozen times over our stay. It doesn't disappoint. The portions are right sized to keep one from over eating but every bite crafted for amazing taste. It's a bit pricey but if you want a change for lunch...More

Staff is unprofessinal on restaurant. Season has started and personel do not know the facts: everybody says different things and you just have to guess what is fact. Happy to have wifi to check facts.More

Menu is poor, size of dishes is very small, no options, environment overstated. Expensive vs quality. Location in nice but full of mosquitos.

Excellent service for a lovely meal as you overlook the hills of Argentario down to the water. They immediately offer you an aperativ upon seating you and then have a decent menu of fish and pastas and appetizers. A bit on the pricey side, but...More

At the Dama Dama Restaurant, Executive Chef Riccardo Cappelli proposes based on the flavors and the colors of the local territory. Dishes are prepared using genuine products that come from small, carefully selected local farms and, in some periods of the year, these ingredients come directly from our vegetable garden and orchard. In addition to the classic Mediterranean cuisine, the Chef also proposes the innovative cuisine of the Wellbeing Method conceived by biologist and nutritionist Luca Naitana. It promotes a new concept of wellness centered on reaching a balanced and healthy physical and mental state. The Mediterranean-type diet favors fresh and seasonal fruit and vegetables, extra virgin olive oil, white meat and fresh fish. The Chef recommends the Tasting Menu for those wishing to undertake a voyage among the flavors, the aromas and the colors of the most particular land and sea dishes. The wine cellar offers mainly wines from the Maremma Tuscany. The restaurant was created by the renowned restaurateur Fabrizio Santucci, owner of Il Caminetto in Rome, with the consultancy of Emiliano Lombardelli from Porto Santo Stefano. To coordinate and take care of all the details, and to ensure a top-quality service, is Food & Beverage Manager Alessandro Recupero, winner of the "Person of the Year 2016" prize by Amira (Italian Association of Restaurant and Hotel Maitres) and Solidus (forum of professional associations).
