Visited here today with my girlfriend, not bad - convenient and reasonably priced. 2 🍕, 3 coffees, 2 cans of coke, €32. Pizza was good. Don't quite understand so many negative reviews.

This restaurant was by far the worst dining experience of our family holiday. 1 hour wait for mediocre starters, waiters couldn't care less, husbands steak requested medium, arrived blue and after being sent back to kitchen was well done so he went home hungry. This place is designed to rip off tourists who cannot discern between good and bad Italian... More

Attracted by it`s beautiful floral arrangements and the view of the harbour we joined friends here for lunch and it was lovely. We were all very relaxed including the waiters but there was no rush. Enjoyed wine and pasta, stunning views and a great atmosphere. Perfect. Thank you. Today I visited the garden centre and bought flowers to copy your... More

Sorry to say but the only thing OK with this restaurant is its location (the old port). How about the other features? They serve average food, in addition doing this very slowly (or let's name in relaxed? We waited 45 minutes for our simple dish - than they brought something completely different stuff). Asking for the bill took another 15... More

Was here with my family in June 2015. We had the buffalo mozarella / tomato as a starter. Average. We continued with lasagne (ok) and mussels (fantastic). Nice view on the harbour from the terrace in front. Food came very fast after ordering. Serviceminded staff.

We went for dinner today and loved this little gem of a restaurant. Beautiful food with authentic flavours were served by warm, friendly staff in a relaxed family environment. As for the view - not much could top it! Highly recommend to all! Especially the Tuscan Tasting antipasto platter - delish!

Three of us from the whole group arrived at 13:40 and asked for a table for 9. They accepted our request and gave us the menus. We started with drinks and wine, waiting for the others to arrive. When the whole group arrived, 15 minutes later. The owner suddenly came and said the restaurant was closed until 18:00, if we wanted... More

The worst restaurant that I have been in Italy, worst service, worst food. The owner is unfriendly and the staff is unprepared and ignorant, food is old and not well kept, wines are bad and expensive, try to avoid it.

Located in the charming harbor Medici offers a spectacular view of the bay of Portoferraio. Already this alone is worth the visit to The Garibaldi. If we then add the typical local dishes, whose tradition dates back to 1895 ... The restaurant has two entrances and two terraces, one with sea view and the other overlooking the square in the center storico.La over thirty years of management Corsi family, took over the family Rossumanno guarantees a strictly Elba kitchen with dishes like boiled octopus alla Luciana, the acciughette all'elbana, spaghetti with octopus, the pasta with anchovies, gnocchi with Crab noodles with capon, the stuffed squid, anchovy gratin, all'elbana fish soup, fried fish "fishing boat", fillet of grouper or sea bass with herbs, dried cod with potatoes, salt cod with chickpeas, soup of mussels and clams. Great baked fish with vegetables: sea bream, gurnard fish, parago, red snapper and sea bass. All accompanied by a selection of local and Italian wines. Also sweets such as nooks with muscat, crushes briaca with aleatic, tiramisu, yogurt mousse and creme brulee. And for those who prefer to take the pizzas and schiaccine stuffed baked in a brick and prepared with skill and genuine ingredients and selected. All to enjoy! Seats: 160.Aperto for lunch and cena.
