The location is not the best (no view, quite narrow). The food was good and serving was fast but the guys were too much in a hurry to properly explain the menu when needed !

The place itself is nothing special, serves the same food as everywhere else but it is good quality, the staff are nice, offers a nice view of the beach and harbour. If you're looking for some place more relaxed, not as fancy then it's a good place. Definitely get the aubergine parmigiana (spelling might be different) or the grilled mozzarella... More

Worse than the worst surf club meal. The pasta was undercooked, not al dente, it was undercooked. The fish was terrible and I was unwell the following few days.

A family owned and operated restaurant, with an unparalleled view of the sea! A street side venue and I do mean street side, which tends to add to the experience, ignore the occasional bus and Vespa and enjoy the local food and wine.

We had expected so much more from this place and unfortunately were totally disappointed. We have chosen this place for an early dinner (around 6-7pm) and given early hour were the only guests in the restaurant. Yet, the waiter was apparently busy with something else and kept disappearing. Food that was served was mediocre and cold. We have heard three... More

To my surprise the fish here was fabulous. I was expecting tourist food and loved both my meal and the limoncello. This is a great day trip from Rome. It was my teens favorite day and food in Italy.

Localisation near the sea, but La Cambusa give us small plate of sea food with nothing special taste, but with very expensive price. We wait to make the order 45 min, and wait for dinner 60 min...

This restaurant was one of the very few open in the middle of winter. There were few people in the restaurant yet service was slow - one person serving when there seemed to be more staff around. The food was very ordinary.

I was there with a copule of friends. This was one of the few places open there during the winter period and this was the only reason I was there. The sea food- if you are in Positano you are going to eat sea food- was not adeguate with the quality of environment and with the money to will spend.... More

My husband and I took a semi-private day trip from Rome to Amalfi in mid-January and our tour guide recommended Ristorante La Cambusa for lunch so we decided to sit outside on their patio which overlooks the Tyrrhenian Sea. While the service was a bit slow, life in Italy as compared to the pace in the US is much slower... More
