We went here for lunch and absolutely loved the waffles! The service was great a lovely couple and the restaurant had a great decor and very clean interior would definitely recommend for anyone visiting arcachon! We would recommend ordering the foie gras as it is...home made and one of the salty waffles oh and the tarama wasabi is delicious!More

This is an authentic, non-touristy café. We were lucky enough to get a cozy table by the window upstairs (a bit too chilly to eat outside). We had their signature dish of oysters and prawns with a delicious white wine recommended by the server. The...oysters were the best we've ever had.More

We went to Le Saison 3 in September, so it was quiet on our visit. The gentleman who was running the evening welcomed me warmly, and also with a bit of humour. The decor is quite peculiar - however, they know what tastes good! We...had a selection from the menu, and shared these items. It is a limited choice, with the majority of it being seafood, all the food was served cold apart from the oyster sausage that apparently is unique in Arcachon. So, bare this in mind for your visit, if you don't like oysters, whole king prawns, smoked salmon, scallop, etc, then go to the steakhouse! What we ate was very tasty, the foie gras, the smoked salmon and king prawns were the highlight for me. The gentleman was very helpful and attentive, he gave us a taster of two of their whites before we bought the bottle. He kept us topped up on bread without being prompted. Good hospitality, he seemed happy to serve us, and as such we felt happy to be there. Super fresh and tasty seafood, and good hospitality. Oh and did I mention, it's not expensive either. Worth a visit!More

My husband and I just had lunch here and it was amazing! We also had the signature lunch with a glass of Rosé. Perfect! The service was excellent as well. We felt well cared for and highly recommend this restaurant.

We had lunch at Saison 3 and it was a perfect way to spend the afternoon. The signature dish was 6 fresh oysters, 4 prawns 🦐 and a handful of Welks. (Like large sea snails..) all washed down with a cold rose. Lunch was €17...without the wine. There was a non seafood option as well. Pate and cured meats and sausage. It was very reasonably priced and good for people watching. Service was friendly too. ( menu in English as well ) Would recommend ! 🦞🦐🍾🥂More

A gastronomic delight from beginning to end. The « rillettes de saint Jacques » was outstanding. The smoked salmon was phenomenal. The dessert devine. And the service impeccable. The menu is small which allows them to focus on each dish. We were totally blown away by this...little restaurant in Arcachon, and will definitely return one day soon. Hopefully.More

Visited after reading great reviews and they didn't dissappoint. The menu is small which means what they do serve is exceptional and fresh. They are clearly passionate about they're food and will happily explain they're menu. The fois gras was served with these tiny Pearl's...of mombazillac wine which just burst in your mouth and were amazing. I would highly recommend. Don't hesitate.More

No doubt, goes the little extra mile to serve quality sea-food - and with that said, don’t bother to have their ‘assiette charcuterie’. We had only ice cream desserts meeting our approval and judging from other tables, other desserts went down equally well

We liked this restaurant so much that we went twice. The waiter who served us each time was really helpful and friendly. The food just blew us away ! The oysters tasted like they had just been taken from the sea, the marinated salmon was...delicious and the deserts were inventive and fun. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough - thank you.More
