We went back to St Quentin just to visit this restaurant as we had enjoyed our previous visit, and unfortunately the last time we came to St Quentin we got to this restaurant on the Sunday afternoon to book it for the evening to be told they were shut on Sunday evenings! So we emailed them a few days in... More

We had the set menu as it was great value and afforded a good choice of dishes. Excellent service and range of wines.

We had a lovely 3 course meal, food an wine was great, but comparing with other restaurants it is on a expensive side but beside that food was nice.

Looking for somewhere to have dinner we, as all savvy travellers should when in a new town, looked on trip adviser. This little restaurant with ample parking in the square in front of it, serves French food freshly cooked from a selection big enough to allow a good choice but s,mall enough to know it doesn't come from a bag.... We found this wonderful restaurant in St Quentin serving Sunday lunch to their local clientele. We sat outside and ate from the 27 Euro menu. Everything was home prepared spicy tomato gazpacho with tuilles of Parmesan, followed by perfectly prepared duck in peach for me and warm salad pêcheur for my wife, then freshly baked chocolate fondue. Everything is served... More

We were travelling through on a Sunday and most places were shut and we chanced upon this place. Turned out to be lovely. We sat outside and had a lovely salad each. Proprietor was excellent.

This town was not on our original stopover list so we did little research. There is a lot of choice but we went off the main square for something more peaceful. A few people were waiting for it to open. We were the only Brits. It's a comfortable welcoming restaurant with a good menu. Coeliacs no problem. Good wine, good... More

We chose the 3 course menu at 27 Euros with a limited choice but excellent freshly prepared dishes, such as fresh asparagus wrapped in Serrano ham with Hollandaise sauce followed by lambs kidneys and mushrooms in a lovely red wine sauce and slices of magret of duck nicely pink. Pudding of warm chocolate fandant with a scoop of vanilla ice... More

Friends we were travelling with found this restaurant on Trip Advisor so glad they did. We had had a very disappointing meal in a restaurant the night before and we were in for a wonderful evening, great hospitality and really fabulous food beautifully presented. The restaurant is quirky, tastefully decorated and has a wonderful atmosphere. If I lived closely I... More
