This little gem was by far the best food and value we had along the whole of the south of france.the food got better and better with each course, reasonable price and very good wine choice. Waiter was a little hassled to start with but turned out to be a hoot>>

Four of us went and very much enjoyed our meal there. The food was superb and the (reasonably short) wine list gave us some great options. We had lunch at a Michelin starred restaurant earlier in the day and Les Fleurs de Thym very much outperformed. I'm not sure what people are complaining about re: service, it was exactly as... More

Great tasting local cuisine in a secluded alley. There is the feeling that a lot of love has been put into the restaurant, but might be slightly disorganized. We recommend eating here and bringing your best vacation mode, let the waiters take their time :).

This little place is everything one would expect out of a French restaurant in a small village. Superb in every way. Taste every thing you can, as often as possible because you will miss it like crazy when you go home.

Visited on recommendation of locals but although quality of food was excellent the service was so slow it ruined the meal for us. Took an hour for our starters to arrive, other tables received bread and tapenade to keep them going, but not us. At end of long drawn out meal the "addition" took half an hour to come despite... Yes, the ambiance and location and decoration of this restaurant is what drew us in. Prix Fix menu had something for each of us, and the price was quite reasonable. The food was very good. There were only 2 "servers." Obviously, the manager/owner? Not sure, but the one in charge, and then the "helper". Once the restaurant got busy, the... More

Not sure where to begin. Was it the employee who stood outside across from our tables and didn't lift a finger to help serve, clear dishes or get drinks? He stood there for 45 minutes into our meal and then, all of a sudden, was in full work mode. Really odd. Was it the slow service? Was it the end... More

Without question the food is superior. The service has been questioned. The waiter does exhibit some asbergers tendencies, but relax. Everyone gets in and out in exactly two hours and twelve minutes. He does take two six minut breakss during your meal. Too bad if you have just asked for l'addition, but relax. You're in france to eat good food... More

In the quiet alleys lost amidst the harbour din, Fleurs de Thym offers unmatched hospitality (*) along with an array of sensuous flavours. Wine from the surrounding regions (**) of southern France is offered as an invitation to some of the most intriguing dishes including an impeccable preparation of "les tripes" with orange zest and white wine. During my visit,... More

We had seen the reviews and had met a couple the night before who had dined there and gave us a good recommendation so we booked early for the evening. The meal and the experience was great. We had the 29 euro three course meal. It was great. It's not a fast food experience, it was a classic French meal.... More
