Dario served up an amazing meal for us. Hidden gem in Bitonto. Just down the road from the cathedral San Valentino. Menu posted outside is intentionally vague because dishes change daily based on freshest ingredients. Definitely worth the trip if you are near Bari!
This place kills it! We had a short stop over in Bitonto and searched for a restaurant with fresh and local kitchen, what we found was one of the nicest places we’ve ever been two. The menu is small and always based on what’s just...available at the local farmers markets, which means that there is new and different foods every day, all based on the traditional kitchen of Puglia, you can really smell and taste the love and passion for food in every dish. Everyone from the owner to the chef was extremely friendly and made our last evening a very special one. Thank you very much for this great experience!!! We’ll be back ❤️❤️❤️More
This is a home cousin restaurant with all fresh ingredients from the local market. Daily changing offer fresh and for you made. Real experience with food.
The owner is more your host and you can feel you are a welcomed gust.
Can’t miss it from...your list in Puglia!More
We had a wonderful lunch here before catching a flight at 1430 on a national holiday! We called ahead of time and they even started serving 30 minutes early just for the two of us. Great food at great prices! Make sure that you park...outside the city center and walk into the medieval area to dine here. It is located in a “no traffic” zone where the roads are wickedly narrow and not for autos!More
We were looking for a place where we could taste some genuine apulian food and this place did not disappoint! Seasonal ingrediens, friendly and helpful staff, a nice selection of local wines and very tasty daily dishes, both meat and fish-based. Highly recommended!
Amazingly tasty food, sesonal and genuine ingredients, very friendly and helpful staff. We were blown away by the simple, homemade and extremely flavorful dishes. Highly recommend - definitely a place to visit!
We were referred by he local gelato place to go to this new restaurant that had just opened two weeks prior. We had the most amazing meal. We couldn’t read any Italian so we asked our host if he would just bring us good things....Small plate after small plate arrived and we gobbled down everything he brought us. My mom said it was the best breakfast/lunch she had ever had in her entire life! Of course, the next day we went back for for and tried all kinds of new things from the menu! It was absolutely amazing food. Everything is locally grown, the fish locally caught and the owner said that when you use the best quality ingredients, it is easy to make delicious food. He was too modest!More
