We came here with high expectations. The #1 restaurant in Goslar. The starter was okay. The ravioli with sage was bitter AF (wife literally said: “worst I have ever tasted”). She told the waiter she did not like it. Okay was the answer. Nothing was...offered in return... except the steep bill... maybe an act of arrogance on the part of the restaurant? Never again!More

I’m not usually into eating vegetarian and vegan in my daily life, but my better half suggested that we go here. Such a pleasant surprise it was for me. The food was absolutely phenomenal, and the service likewise. I got their vegan gnocchi curry dish,...and it was fantastic. Their tomato mango soup was spot on as well. The atmosphere of this place is worth mentioning too, it’s hard to describe so you’ll have to check out yourself :) If you’re visiting Goslar, this is a MUST.More

We booked a table for Sunday evening. It was fully booked, so book in advance. We had a kind waiter who spoke English. We waited a bit for our food, we ordered homemade Ravioli and their mushroom dish. It was really worth waiting! Can only...recommend this place!More

We had a disappointing experience at Soul and Kitchen. After the warm welcome, a table was offered. It took a long time before we were offered the menu and we were asked what we wanted to drink. When giving up our menu choice, it turned...out that countless dishes could not be offered. When we finally made our choice, the waiter came back to report that THAT choice was also unavailable ... Well, Jay's birthday choice of Goslar is turning out to be a vegans paradise. This is so far the best place ever. The service, food and ambience is superb and cannot be faulted. A great menu with loads of fabulous food, stunning wines, ask for...a taste nothing is too much trouble. The menu is extensive, we both chose salads which were really scrumptious, we followed them with deserts (Jay chocolate mousse and me spirulina power balls) to die for. The place does not open every day so check before you go and you will need to book a table because there are only 6 or seven tables. You have the table for the duration if you want to take your time.More

Very good food. I am no vegetarian, but to my surprise a spontanious visit a cousin made this place my second favourite (or even a favourite - together with Truffel) restaurant in Goslar.

This restaurant is a diamond. The food is vegetarian and/or vegan, most of it organic, including really good wine. The menu offers a lot of choices from different regions and everything we ordered was of fantastic quality. It takes a little longer for the food...to arrive but that is OK since everything is freshly prepared. Such a great place! You definitely don't have to be vegetarian to enjoy the great food here.More

Great to sit outside on a lovely evening. Good choice of starters which I had as a main course. Husband had main course of ravioli. He isn't vegetarian or vegan but immediately said how tasty it was.
