Had a great lunch with a group of 10. Given uncertain weather conditions we were sitting inside, but there is also a nice terrace just by the lake. Restaurant has a great ambiance and was nicely decorated. Food was delicious and very nicely prepared. Great seafood and lots of other options to choose from. The staff was very friendly and you could sense that there is a great team spirit. The only negative was that they are not accepting American Express.

A really nice, small restaurant. My grilled fish plate was generous and beautifully cooked. My wife’s meal was equally good. Great location with views across the lake.

Unfortunately there was no table on the terrace available even when reserving a table a day upfront. Tip: reserve a table a couple of days upfront if you want to have a spot on the terrace, ideally direct next to the lake.
From the inside you had a tiny view on the lake. The interior is not very special. The personnel gave me a mixed feeling. Sometimes quick and friendly and later on the same evening they were curt or gave no attention. Perhaps it was too crowded for the occupation. They serve good gin tonics. The mean dishes were good, especially the salmon bowl, very recommendable. Because we were dining extensively we requested a table on the terrace as soon as one came available. That was no problem. Unfortunately we received a spot outside on a kind of flower box with pillows and a small table. The ''real'' table was given to a new customer, a pity. We had to eat our dessert from this ''table''. The dessert (apfelstrudel and waffle) were not good. Both tasted like factory product.

Excellent service and great location with view over the lake.
Food excellent with very good wine recommendations!!
We did celebrate a birthday and the staff was so friendly, they even sang happy birthday!!
Would definitely recommend this place!!!

Everything we had there was superb tasting. I started with the fish soup - nice and pleasant start. Next up was the quinoa and prawn salad which was also awesome, mix of cold salad with hot prawns. Then the mains of crispy fish (almost like fish and chips style for the fish) - being very fresh makes good difference
Thereafter we walked around to admire the beautiful lake, and nice snow capped mountains further off .. wind there was really gusty with occasional splashes on unwitting walker by at the pavements near the restaurant

Decided to try this top ranking restaurant in this area.
Had a very nice tomato soup, warm up my body because of the chilling wind outside.
Ordered the fish with bacon and mustard source, superb!

Very nice rooms, especially the ones with lake view. Delicious food in the restaurant and very friendly staff.

Our fish mains and special desserts were all very ordinary. Nothing terrible, but certainly nothing you would go back for. The thing that made the whole experience worse is that our waitress could not have cared less. Having worked in this industry myself I know how important your front of house staff are and this waitress was certainly not giving the restaurant a good name. Between the combination of terrible service and average food we will not ever be returning to this restaurant.

We had the salmon bowl & the veal steak. Both were excellent. Fish was v fresh. The wine list was more expensive that what we had experienced up to now.

Amazing stuff, delicious and fresh meals, great fisch, quick and professional. Must have.
We have choose this place for a lunch after Tripadviser reading - only that we can say, it was unexpactable great time there. The young man (sadly can not remember the name) is one of the best waiters which I ever saw.

Together with our kids we enjoyed a dinner at the restaurant right at the lake. The owner is super attentive, the staff as well and the food very very tasty with fresh ingredients.
