Owner James Eddington states "we are so blessed to be living in such an agriculturally rich area of the world". Although the local food movement is really starting to take off, it has always been the driving force in Eddington's kitchen. A menu that changes frequently, as each season inspires the delicacies our region has to offer. Eddington's occupies the original Carling homestead (built in the 1870s). After two major renovations, an addition of a new dining room and a serene outdoor backyard summer patio, the restaurant has a clean and modern look while maintaining its traditional and warm feel.

Fantastic meal

We ate at Eddingtons tonight. The pecan crusted pork tenderloin was amazing. The roasted potatoes and vegetables were delicious as well. The apple bread pudding with fresh whipped cream was the perfect way to finish this meal off.

Great for lunch or dinner

Great food and flavor.

Had lunch here on way through Exeter. The service was good and so was the food. The tower of polenta was quite something and the mushroom soup was very good.
