Have had takeaways from here a couple of times now, and the food is consistently good. Better than anything in nearby suburbs. Good size servings and good value

We come here reasonably often. Its staff are friendly, quick service and food is good for the price.

Been there a couple times, the dining experience was great, surprisingly the Asian looking waiter/waitress can't speak mandarin, especially this is a Chinese restaurant. We also went there for takeaway, they usually quick and the food was nice. However last night we ordered some picked vege with pork and a hot and sour soup on the phone. The lady on... More

Small restuarant. Very popular. also sells takeaways. Good variety of food. Even has a steak meal for those who do not wish to try chinese and a curry chicken meal too so they cater for all food tastes. Easy parking. an enjoyable meal

We have visited many times but about a year ago there were service problems, and then the BYO licence was cancelled. We were disappointed with the unlicensed version when we tried it, poor service and uneven food quality. Last week my wife and I returned, and what a difference! Very pleasant service from the young waiter, and a very good... More

On our trips to New Zealand, over the last twenty years, we have been fortunate to be able eat at Yum Yum House for the last ten years or so. It is a very unpretentious restaurant with nothing, externally, to encourage you to go inside. Indeed the interior is nothing fantastic but the food is simply to die for. Six... More

We have had a number of meals, both takeaway and in the restaurant over past years. The food has been very good, although on some occasions the service in the restaurant has been slow, which was frustrating for both adults and children. However, we still would go back there as it was not a regular occurrance. Other times the service... More

Yum Yum House in Tawa provides a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere, where you can dine on a wide selection of chinese dishes and come out feeling very satisfied with the food quality and low prices...! Steamed Dim Sim are our favourite entrees and for main we usually order combination fried rice, Singapore noodles, with Foo Yung which is excellent, as... More

Back again on a wet New Year's Eve! Two new and young waitresses. Same good food! This time we tried dim sim entrees which were good,a bowl of chicken soup with won-tons etc, Ok, but the stock pretty weak, not as good as usual. Then Crispy Skin Chicken.. very tasty, Ginger and garlic Chicken, nice! Service was willing but the... More
