A fantastic pub with a stunning restaurant and views to match. The atmosphere was great with the owners and staff very friendly and welcoming. Ribeye steak was beautiful. Cooked to perfection. Salmon dish was excellent. Can’t recommend the Tavern highly enough. Will definitely be back.

Lovely food - certainly not pub grub. Welcoming atmosphere and great with children. We have visited multiple times and always consistent.

Great food. Not "tavern" food. Worth the short drive out of town. Their on site brew is good. They seated us late which was appreciated.

A very inviting and welcoming place to arrive at after a walk on a chilly October evening. High on a hill with a great view. Windy, clear, cold, and dark outside, warm oasis inside! The owners were very nice to us as were the local...More

Visited on 06/10/18. Food was fantastic, we both left totally stuffed! Was a little pricey but well worth the money! The fresh scones to start off were amazing and was a nice change to the normal bread roll you’d get at most restaurants. Quick service,...More

About 3 miles away from St Andrews in the country. Typical village pub and really busy on Saturday evening, great buzz eaters and drinkers. You have to book in advance. We had a group of 6. Staff mixed, at the bar very helpful but our...More
